Update: today I discovered that you can use this bottle WITHOUT the infuser cap that makes everything foamy. The regular cap can screw into the bottle without it, so I’ll use my metal agitator ball instead. Adding back a star for this option.
I like the range of colors ( I got the green one, my fav color). The screw lid (s) are pretty hard for me to open and clearly not designed with accessibility in mind, but the flip top is nice. The handle is also good. I like that the cup is stainless steel, but disappointed that the top is still plastic. The agitator also seems to make everything foam up when used, which is pretty gross. May have to go back to blender ball cup.

I am a huge brumate fan. I have a 40oz leakfree hydration cup that I love but this just doesnt give me the same vibes. It is definitely leak proof which is awesome but the agitator/ lid comes in 2 pieces and sometimes they are impossible to get apart. When filling it, you have to remove the entire top, then apply the top/agitator and fill the rest of the way through the drinking hole. Just seems like more work than its worth and I find myself reaching for my old regular shaker bottle instead.

I bought two of these, one for my partner and one for myself. A friend also got one. My partners is fine so far. Mine and our friend’s cup is not.
This cup has two pieces that screw into the top, the piece with the lid and the piece with the strainer and handle. The piece with the handle is completely stuck on mine and our friends. I was only ever able to get it off the very first time after unboxing it to wash it initially. So with it stuck, this makes the cup impossible to clean because you cant access it. Also with that piece in there, you can never get all the liquid out because it gets in between the threads. I’ve tried rubber grippers and tools to try and get the lid off without using anything that would completely mangle the cup and nothing works.
I saw other one star reviews about the lids being garbage and I hoped for the best. Two bad ones out of three makes this seem like a pretty terrible cup from our perspective as well.

I was skeptical about the design of the mesh lid and its effectiveness at “blending” but am pleasantly surprised by the texture of the finished shake. It works almost like a milk frother that leaves a consistency of a proper blender-made drink! I love that it keeps my drink cold til it’s gone so it’s perfect on hot days.
The handle is flexible rubber which feels nice in the hand and is easy to carry.
One thing I look for is how much plastic comes into contact with my food/drink. The cup interior is stainless steel so it just pours thru the plastic when tipping it up to drink, however! if you remove the middle aerator mesh lid part (which is connected to the handle) you can use just the pour spout lid and I can drop my stainless steel smoothie straw there so it becomes plastic free!
Ultimately this is the best option I could find for on-the-go protein drinks and seems to be great value for the money and fingers crossed it’s durable or has an easy replacement lid.

Omg. I’ve never been so thankful. Of course I want a fancy bottle for my protein. lol But more than anything I needed it to not hold any mold!!!!! It’s SO easy to wash and there aren’t any nooks that can harbor moisture to grow mold. I use quality drinks and protein shakes, so mold will grow if product is accidentally left in the cup. But this one, NONE!!!! It’s sleek, I got the sage color which is AMAZING!!! And you can reach every corner of this bottle. I’m shockingly surprised that it works considering there’s no ball in it. And it keeps so cold!!! I want more for no good reason. lol GO NOW!!!!!
