I like the vitamin but having problems with slight stomach upset throughout the day, even with meals and full glass of water. I’m not certain my body is going to adjust. I’ve only been taking it a short time and will give it more time.I do believe it’s a good product, may not be for me.

So if I’m showing my face for this product is because I really trust it, and I will tell you why.
I have been a gym rat for about 20 years, I’m 37, I have tried all kind of supplements, you name them, even the multi vitamin from this brand. I have a mild allergy to wheat and oats, which I discovered some years ago and I know something was going wrong. Every time I eat wheat or oats I feel like I have the flu for a week and also feel very depressive and low on energy. I know I have some problem with nutrient absorption in my gut.
Using the multivitamin from this company didn’t make a big change, but one day my wife ordered this B complex by mistake thinking it was the vitamins.
I started taking it just because we had it and noticed a big, mean big improvement in energy and focus, also my depression problems didn’t bother me, all the opposite, I have been feeling hopefull, like wishing to do things and very optimistic every day, and I wake up at 7, study, go to the gym, cook, go to work and come home at midnight every day. I stopped taking these for a week and I felt not so good again, started again and felt fine, so it must be these ones.
Maybe it is just me and a malabsorption of vitamins or it is the blend they put into these pills, but without any caffeine in my diet, low on sugar, and a lot of excercise I’m feeling great, so this is my second bottle and I will continue taking these as they only gave good results, no side effects besides a strong pee, but that is natural effect and shows my body is taking and circulating these vitamins.
Also they bring a fruit and veg blend and CoQ10, vegan, no gluten, no soy, no gmo, no coloring, no preservatives and no flavoring.

One of the best natural vitamin b complex I’ve taken so far. With an abudance of natural organic ingredients. No synthetic fillers. Very gentle on the stomach too. I am an active older man cycling, weight lifting and a good diet, I still know the importance of energy levels for cell repair as we all age.
It can be hard trying to found the right supplement out there that is in its most natural form. Also being methylated the added Choline, Inositol and CoC10 are very rare in other quality vitamins. Yes I do eat very healthy again getting your diet right first is important. No good supplementing with vitamins if diet is weak in nutrition. Me personally it does more harm.
However being an active older man who exercises regularly with an very active job that can become stressful. I know one as to look after their mind too, however it starts from within the gut.
