I purchased these supplements because my nails were very brittle. I’ve been taking them for about a month and noticed a itchy skin rash that I attributed to dry winter skin. But then I woke up extremely dizzy one day and realized that Biotene supplements can cause the side effects. Just make sure you take these with caution.

They smell pretty bad, but work well for strengthening brittle nails and help your hair grow faster.
I had these on auto order for over a year, and noticed my hair and nails were both long and very healthy, but I really don’t like the way they smell, so I stopped talking them for several months.
