I like taking this B12 and MTHF. The flavor is not bad at all, though my wife is not a big fan. I was taking this daily and forgot to take it a couple of times in a row and I noticed I was a tad sluggish throughout the day. If I can, I prefer to take a drop in the morning and maybe a drop just after lunch. This is a great way to get Vit B12, sublingually, because some people can have issues absorbing it when taken orally in pill or capsule format. This ensure better absorption and is a strong enough concentration to ensure I have received a good amount of B12 for the day. The small amount needed, and the size of the bottle means I have several months of supply. Oh, and it’s one less pill I have to take in my regimen every morning.
The ONE true complaint I have and a couple folks who I recommended this product to and who take it daily like me is the delivery… when you use the dropped to place a drop under your tongue, it’s hard to gauge 1 versus 2 drops, and I hate accidentally touching the inside of my mouth with the dropper then placing it back in the bottle.

Not sure if its coincidence but ever since I got this product I’ve been having more quality sleep even when I sleep less then 5 hours.I don’t feel as tired as before i started using it this supplement and been having more energy at work. It also taste very good i definitely recommend this product.

The product itself is quality. Good flavor, and nice thick bottle. My only issue is I read the boxes instructions it states to place 2 droplets under tongue, then I get the bottle out and read those instructions and it says place 10 droplets under tongue. To me personally that is a huge difference in dosing. I would love to know the actual dosage I need to use lol.

I bought this product after doing some research on ‘methylated vitamins’. I like the fact that it’s a liquid you place under/on top of your tongue for quicker absorption. The taste is actually pleasant and not too overbearing. I received the order within 2 days. It’s too early to tell if the product has had any effect on my health. I bought it to try and get my sleeping back on track. The only complaint I have is with the courier company. I was at home and the front door was open. The package was just left at the front door in partial sun. They didn’t knock or ring the doorbell which was annoying. Luckily I received an alert from Amazon to say it had been delivered and I went outside and checked.
