Not sure if i got the original product..This is probably fake. Bought after reading good reviews and this turned out to be a huge disappointment and waste of money. It doesn’t have any flavor and was not one bit effective. not recommended.

I liked what this product contained – fiber, protein, probiotics, omega 3. I’m diabetic and take Mounjaro shots which can cause constipation. Since my appetite is so supressed and I struggle getting enough calories already, I needed to find ways to increase my fiber intake.
I initially tried mixing with water. Nope. Too thick and it triggered gagging. Chobani Coconut yogurt is one thing I eat almost daily and I found that to be the perfect mixer for this since it already contained coconut flour. I found that a whole scoop is too much and makes the yogurt too thick but a half scoop is perfect. I find ways to add parts of the other half scoop throughout the day, even in my water. I drink about 80-90 oz of water daily so i just add small amounts to each cup vs all at one time.
Since starting this, I have less constipation side effects from Mounjaro shots. It is not a laxative. It is meant to add fiber to your overall diet which will help regularity. Just because the recommended amount is one scoop, you don’t have to have the whole scoop at one time if it makes things too thick.

Very tasty and the ingredients I’m wanting. Too bad it is not available, now.

Brilliant product. Has definitely helped my digestion problem. I’ve felt much better for taking it. Only downside is it’s difficult to dissolve as it tends to clump. Solution is to do a teaspoon at time in a round bottom glass and stir really quickly. Drink immediately. This way it stays as a liquid and the taste is fine.

I’ve been using the Garden of Life Fiber Supplement for a few months now, and overall, I’m very pleased with the results. This product offers a unique blend of 15 organic superfoods, probiotics, and Omega-3 ALA, which makes it a comprehensive addition to my daily health routine.
First and foremost, the fiber content is impressive. With 4g of soluble fiber and 5g of insoluble fiber per serving, it really helps maintain regularity without the use of psyllium husk, which some people (myself included) can find harsh on the stomach. The addition of probiotics is a nice touch, contributing to overall gut health.
The taste is quite earthy, which might not be for everyone, but I find it manageable when mixed into smoothies or juices. It doesn’t dissolve completely in water, leaving a bit of a gritty texture, so I highly recommend blending it with other ingredients rather than drinking it on its own.
One of the standout features is that it’s made from organic ingredients. Knowing that I’m consuming a product free from artificial additives and chemicals is a big plus for me. It’s also certified non-GMO, gluten-free, and vegan, which makes it suitable for a wide range of dietary needs.
However, there are a couple of drawbacks. The price is on the higher side compared to other fiber supplements on the market. Additionally, the packaging could be more user-friendly; the powder tends to clump, making it a bit messy to scoop out.
Despite these minor issues, the Garden of Life Fiber Supplement has significantly improved my digestive health and overall well-being. If you’re looking for a high-quality, organic fiber supplement and don’t mind the taste, this product is definitely worth considering.

This is *the* product! Please bring it back! I recommended it to friends & family far & wide. It’s the only contender – palatable, effective, simple.
I tried an alternative Garden of Life fiber, “Dr-something-or-other,” and it literally made me gag to near vomiting + had zero effectiveness (& I’m pretty seasoned with the herbal taste profiles).
I’ve since shifted to a cinnamon psyllium product (diff brand) that is enjoyable to drink but not nearly as effective for regularity + smooth function (& thus for detox & overall health).
PLEASE BRING IT BACK!!
Me siento con más claridad mental, positiva, estoy pasándolo la menopausia, ha sido muy buen suplemento, compraré otro, ya se me acaba… –

First, regarding the reviews that says this “didn’t work,” this is a daily fiber supplement, not a laxative. It’s not going to clear your colon 15 minutes after you take it. It’s meant to increase the amount of whole dietary fiber since most people do not consume enough fiber in their regular diet.
I have tried several different types of fiber supplements from gummies to chewables to capsules to powder form. Although the gummies and chewables generally have a good flavor, they typically only have a fraction of the dietary fiber that this powder supplement contains. And unlike this powder supplement, the gummies and chewables tend to have only one or two sources of fiber and they’re heavily processed and not “whole” food fiber like this one. As for the capsule fiber supplements I have tried in the past (mostly psyllium), they’re okay, but for the most part, they also contain a fraction of the fiber that this supplement has. After all, capsules are small and only contain so much fiber whereas a single serving of this is a pretty big scoop. More on that in a moment.
This supplement contains a variety of natural sources of organic fiber. I like that it’s fiber from multiple sources rather than a single source. I think that’s probably better for maintaining the diverse, healthy flora in your digestive tract and more closely matches what a natural diet high in plant fiber would contain. The variety of fiber also adds to the flavor. This tastes sort of like unsweetened cream of wheat or malt-o-meal cereal. If you have ever tried plain psyllium husk, it tastes like sandy cardboard.
As I mentioned above, this is a pretty large amount of fiber compared to other supplements. You mix one scoop (probably the equivalent of about 3 tablespoons) with water, milk, or your favorite beverage. You’ll want to mix it with at least 6 ounces of liquid because after a couple of minutes, the fiber absorbs much of the liquid and thickens quite a lot. You can either drink it right after you mix it and before it thickens (that’s what I usually do) or just add a bit more liquid if it gets too thick. It dissolves well in water, and unlike other powdered fiber supplements like plain psyllium, this isn’t Sandy (psyllium only dissolves TPA point). Don’t get me wrong, this still has a thick consistency as it absorbs liquid, and that’s why I referred to it like drinking a glass of cream of wheat. I haven’t tried it in milk or juice. I think it would work pretty well in a juice smoothie or maybe in a glass of milk, but be aware that it will thicken quite a lot. I drink mine at around 10:00 am every day because it fills me up until lunch. It’s about like having a packet of unflavored instant oatmeal as a snack.
Pros:
Highest fiber content, several different natural sources of dietary plant fiber, decent taste (but unflavored), fills you up.
Cons:
None, other than if you prefer flavored fiber supplements, this is unflavored and might seem a bit bland.
