Been taking this product for about 23 days and very pleased. I have trouble swallowing pill, so they need to be tablet form. These I can swallow but if need be they can be broken in half with your fingers. The flavor also is not overwhelming. Was taking another product, but even with food, gave me such terrible heartburn I stopped. I am giving it another try with this product. For whatever reason, this product does not give me heartburn. Berberine was suggested to me by my primary provider due to my terrible restless leg, especially at night, my many, many sleepless nights. So far it seems to be helping, A LOT, thank you. Five stars was not given due to it is too soon to tell if it is helping pre-diabetes and heart health (high blood pressure and tachycardia) But, I have high hopes. PLUS, for me also, is the value……. So glad I gave the product a try….

I can’t say whether or not this supplement works because I haven’t been taking it that long, but one of my concerns when shopping for berberine supplements was that the capsules all looked huge. I’m not good with swallowing pills, and these tablets were the only ones that seemed a manageable size. I’m posting a photo for others like me so that you can compare. The berberine tablet is the dark one in the middle. The smallest tablet is a Claritin allergy tablet. The next one is an Aleve caplet. The dark blue is an M&M candy, which is slightly larger than the berberine tablet. On the end is a typical supplement capsule, which I don’t usually have trouble with because they are skinny. Other brands of berberine had capsules that looked much wider and larger. I’ve had no trouble taking this brand and would recommend it if you’re bad with swallowing pills.

I received the product quite quickly and have been using it over 2 months now. I am using it to support my glucose metabolism and immune function. Great ingredient list for glucose metabolism. I haven’t yet had a glucose monitor to detect my blood sugar level when taking this supplement. I’m soon to do so. I want to continue using it for at least 6 months so I really know the result. I’m on my second bottle now and will be repurchase again.

Finally a Berberine made as a caplet and not that dreaded capsule. It is roughly the size of an M&M and is even smaller than the Omega3 pill I take. The combination including Ceylon Cinnamon and Quercetin make this an even better more complete supplement. Taken a directed, it did not cause an issues even on an empty stomach. I have no doubt that this along with the “proper” diet would help those looking to maintain blood sugar levels.

I began taking this product a few weeks ago. Given my family history of diabetes, I was not very hopeful that it would make a difference. For years, I have been relegated to taking pills and even had been placed on a mild form of insulin. After a recent checkup, my doctor was astonished at my blood sugar levels and my A1C which has now come down below 7! He immediately discontinued the insulin and said he wanted to wait and see about continuing to take the pills.
I explained to him that I had started taking Berberine and he said he had heard of it but had no other patients who were taking it. He was so excited that he promised to research the product further. He was so happy that he sent me an email later that day telling me to keep up the good work! After 15 years, I am hopeful that I have found the right way to get my blood sugars in check.
As I get older, I look forward to a future where I do not have to take any pills and can use your Berberine with cinnamon and quercetin alone to continue a promising outlook. I’m now looking forward to a bright future!

I consume Berberine to help aid in my blood sugar control. Berberine helps greatly. I find this product lacking due to the fact a lot of the pills are crushed up and broken. I won’t be reordering this product.
