I started taking this a few months ago to help with inflammation (arthritis and interstitial cystitis). Works very well. Amazon continues to be the better source for these 600mg capsules. With a new fondness of the Turmeric Sauce combined with a generous quantity of minced sweet onion, any source for these One Daily capsules is a great source!
The super easy Mini-Mounds of Ruis bread recipe (dark rye flour and oat bran) is another good complement to the Turmeric Sauce (rye flour should be 1 3/4 cups; also try with a tbsp of caraway seeds, stirred into the flour). Dusting the cookie sheet with bread flour allows the mounds to be cooled slightly after baking then twisted off the sheet by hand; cleanup is also super easy.

Great brand of turmeric and bought at a great price! Solaray is a reliable brand. The capsule is medium size, but easy to swallow. Good pain reliever.
