As with most supplements, if you are a relatively healthy person you can only speculate as to what combination of things you do or take is contributing to that health. Being relatively healthy and middle aged I take a variety of supplements as part of my daily routine and was happy to add Mountain Peak Cell Rescue to my daily regime. The bottle lists the capsules ingredients; however, it does not reveal the proportion or among of each listed ingredient. Assuming that this bottle follows standard protocol and lists them in order of proportion Bromelain is the major ingredient with subsequent ingredients to follow. I immediately recognized many of the items listed as I take them separately in varying amounts, that said there are a few that I have never taken in the past and all appear to be along the same lines as far as combating cellular inflammation. This is a nice combination of ingredients in a simple capsule. I have had no issues taking these or noticed any adverse effects, only good. My only complaint is that it would be helpful to know what the proportions of each ingredient were.
Nicholas –
First off, ingredients are listed as proprietary blend. Simply put I am not a fan of this and tend to avoid since you have no real way to know the amounts, ratio, etc. and it seems like a way to hide a supplements weakness (and possibly strength). I guess done to try and differentiate which I get but not a fan.
Ingredients for me included several unusual ones that I haven’t used before. Results are always challenging as the claims are at a cellular level but I went it planning for this to be supplemental to NAD and other Regen supplements I have more experience with. No negative results and enhancements I have “faith” are not hurting but helping. Also the ingredients seem to add more aligned for “pain mitigation” than cellular regeneration.
Costly as well to experiment with. I would truly include this if I had a better idea of the ingredients and the cost was more manageable as an add-on vs a primary supplement.
Pavman –
This supplement does not have an unpleasant smell or after taste. I have not experienced any negative side effects, but I also haven’t experienced any noticeable positive changes either. For about 70 cents a day, you basically get a fancy multi-vitamin. I will finish the bottle, but at this price point, I will not order them again.
Chester County –
It has to be said – this supplement uses a proprietary blend. This is highly problematic when it comes to supplements as you do not know the specific amount of each ingredient you are getting. Sure, some of these ingredients are demonstrated to improve immune health, but if you don’t know how much of each one you are receiving, then it’s kind of pointless. Some of these ingredients have weak evidence in terms of efficacy and could just be fillers. Because this supplement uses a proprietary blend, it’s entirely possible that the majority of that blend is comprised of the cheaper less effective ingredients. It’s also possible that the more effective and expensive ingredients make up the majority of the blend. Unfortunately, we’ll never know the actual amount of each ingredient in the supplement because it’s all blended together. This is very troublesome, especially when the supplement sells for $64!!! That’s ludicrous for a supplement, especially a prop blend one. You’d be better off buying individual bromelain, quercetin, turmeric, and boswella supplements that specify the exact amount of each you’re getting. You could probably buy each of those individually for under $64. The supplement industry is very shady and highly unreliable, and proprietary blends are one the reasons why. It’s bad enough that supplements are so often underdosed, inaccurately dosed, or do not have the proper ingredient. But, to mask the actual amount of each ingredient behind a prop blend and sell this at an astronomical price is pretty crazy. It might be worth it at $20, but still you wouldn’t really know what you’re getting. This is a warning to all supplement customers to avoid purchasing prop blend supplements! Only spend your money on well-known brands that specify the exact amount of each ingredient you are receiving.

Easy to take and the effects are noticeable.
Good for immune support and a little bit of sustained energy through the day. No ill side effects.
I would recommend this, as I do like the blend of the ingredients and it helps to replace a lot of single type supplements I have been taking separately.

I’m not super familiar with this brand so I did some research and they appear to have a good reputation for high quality and clean, bioavailable ingredients. I understand that some people are bothered by the lack of info due to proprietary blend amounts but I feel that’s kind of common with many health and wellness supplements. As long as they can stand behind their supplements!
During the winter I’m always taking something extra for immunity support being that I teach school and seem to work in a cloud of germs from late fall through early spring. So I’m intrigued by this Cell Rescue supplement and it stating it has “Antioxidant Immune Support Supplement with Turmeric, Ginger Root, and Bromelain – Supports Intestinal Health & Whole Body”. The capsules are about average size and there is an herbal-like smell to the bottle, it’s not strong or offensive but there is a scent. No real taste or aftertaste, and I have not noticed any sort of side effects from taking this supplement. So far the germs have been keeping away and I have been keeping well in the last 2 weeks. I would possibly consider buying these or trying another supplement blend, while the price is higher, it is a 3 month supply if you take 1 a day.
