    While I can’t speak to the effectiveness of this product yet, I am really excited to try it and see if this has the benefits it claims. I’ve read a lot about citrus bergamot so was happy to be able to order this. The dosage is 2 capsules and they are small and easy to swallow. No weird smell either. I will update this review when I have blood work results.

    My favorite tea is earl grey which contains some Bergamot. I ordered this supplement to help with my blood sugar. And then my wife started taking it for her cholesterol. Over time we’ll see if there is any concrete benefit for us. You always have to have patience with these things. Anyhow, the product seems of very good quality and it comes in capsule form. I am pleased that they conduct third party testing and that the capsules are vegetarian. Bergamot has some other benefits and you can research them on the Internet. We are pleased with this supplement that we are using daily.

    I first heard of bergamot decades ago, as the flavor in Earl Grey tea. Then a few years ago I visited Calabria in Italy and learned that bergamot fruit grows well only in Calabria. Bergamot flavored soap and other products were everywhere. So when I saw that I could get citrus from a bergamot supplement, I was happy to try it. I did some research and found that maybe it’s also good for circulation.

    These supplements have no strange odors, are easy to swallow, and have caused no upsets so far. I always start by taking half a dose and so far, no problems. Even at half dose (the bottle says that a serving is two capsules), it’s a good level of the supplement. With 100 in the bottle, this will last for awhile, not taking the full suggested serving. The expiration date is 11/2025 and manufacture date was November 2023. These do not contain milk, tree nuts and some other potential allergens. Fingers crossed this helps, as promised, with cholesterol, but as always, supplements are not reviewed or approved by the FDA, so use with caution.

    This is more gentle than I expected it to be. You would think citrus would be more harsh on your system but this has been really gentle. I haven’t had any stomach issues while taking this supplement at all. My bowels handle it just fine. This isn’t a harsh supplement at all.

    I had never heard of citrus bergamot as a supplement until very recently. I researched it some because I was curious to know what the benefits of taking this supplement are. I was very interested to learn this citrus bergamot contributes to healthy cholesterol levels, and it is also supposed to improve liver health. These two things are very important to me, so I decided to try this product. As a bonus, this is also supposed to contribute to better circulation, heart health, and immune support. It sounded like an excellent product to incorporate into my current daily supplement regimen.

    There are 50 servings in this product, so I consider this more of an introduction to this supplement because it will take longer than 50 days to see the full benefits of possible improved cholesterol. However, I believe I will be able to feel improvements in circulation and blood sugar while taking the contents of this bottle. The capsules are smooth and easy to swallow. They are not large; I consider them to be more of a standard capsule size. There is a slight odor to these capsules, but it’s mild and not off-putting. There is no taste or aftertaste, and they do not repeat later on. The bottle came sealed for freshness and purity.

    The only thing that reduced my rating of this product is the labeling of the bottle. It does not match the pictures in the listing. If you look at the second listing photo in particular, it shows the supplement facts and below those are the various badges proclaiming non-gmo, vegan, gluten free, and GMP facility. This photo leads the viewer to believe that this is what you see on the back of the product bottle. However, this is not the case. The bottle label only states that it contains 100 vegan capsules. (It also states that it does not contain certain allergens like milk, tree nuts , soy, etc.) Nowhere on the bottle does it state or show that this product is non-gmo, gluten free or made in a GMP facility. This seems deceptive to me as the listing leads you to believe these things to be true.

    Overall: Recommended! Impressed by the easy setup for a supplement nothing complicated and just one ingredient with known impact that worked well for us for polyphenol support.     It has been my experience that not a lot of vitamin and supplement companies do citrus bergamot so it is nice to see another option on the market. I cannot consume much/if any citrus due to having GERD, but sometimes supplements have been my way to work around it.

    I take this for a specific health reason, but will not get into that since everyone should do their own research. I always research various health and medical websites on supplements. Then I can make an informed decision considering all factors.

    The capsules are small and easily taken with water…and I have GERD. The presentation of the product is on point and the product is produced in a GMP facility.
