* I’ve been a fan of both of these ingredients so was happy to see them combined into gummy form.
* Being organic, vegan, and free of gluten, tree nuts, soy, sugar, and daily makes it suitable for a wide range of dietary preferences and restrictions. However, the label doesn’t list any other ingredients, as I’d like to see a detailed list of all that went into this.
* I like that this comes in gummy form and has a recommended daily dosage of 2 gummies, making it easy to incorporate into my daily routine.
* These are FDA-registered and assembled in the USA (as shown on the back of the bottle), but I didn’t see anything about it being certified in a GMP facility and it being third-party tested. The Amazon page does list the USA as the country of origin so not sure why the bottle doesn’t state that.
* The current cost of $16.00 for 30 servings might stretch some budgets. (I would love to have the option of having this on Subscribe and Save.)

This is one of those products that I have doubts about. First, there’s no list of ingredients, just Himalayan organic shilajit and organic Manuka honey. But what else are these little gummies made of? Second, the picture of the US flag seems to imply they are from the US, but if you look carefully at the text around the flag, it says “Assembled in USA” — to me that means they may have been bottled here but where were they actually manufactured? I don’t like it when companies do this; it makes me feel doubtful about their products.
All that said, the gummies do taste good. They are thick and chewy — and I can sense the honey in there. I also have to say that I feel a nice energy flow after taking them (nothing dramatic, but a sustained energy for many hours). While I’m glad I got to try these and will finish the bottle, I doubt I would buy them again. Knowing where the gummies were made and what other ingredients are included might change my mind.
If I was reviewing these purely on an ethical basis, I would not recommend. However, for taste and how my body feels after taking them, I would recommend. I actually really like the combo of manuka honey and shilajit. Just would prefer to be better informed as to what these cute gummy bears hold inside.

It is fast coming up to the time when my assorted gummy collection of daily supplements begins to run out. I have a number of related medical issues where I was medically advised to take supplements to aid in recovery or for ease of symptoms.
So recently, I have been shopping on Amazon for their replacements. I have my own list of “go-to” brands that I prefer, but I am not rigid or fixed in these choices as an opportunistic buyer. Therefore, sometimes I buy the same brand, other times, I may try a new brand – if the price is right.
I came across these 600mg of Himalayan Organic Shilajit and 340mg of Organic Manuka Honey, by Mr. Ros.
What I liked most about these was their high-dose amounts, a fair market price, and that their contents are all organic and natural. I enjoyed the fact that their bear-shaped gummies are different from the most others out there too. So they are fun to eat! LOL! ….AND, I do really appreciate the fact that they do not fill their contents with unnecessary or unwanted sugars and auto-wax fillers.
It does also state that the country of origin is in the USA and that they are also FDA registered and come with a safety seal for your protection. Though beyond that, it is not really clear.
This maker does give you a full month’s supply of 60 gummies at 2 per day.
If they can bring that price down further to make them more affordable to more people, they would certainly gather a more loyal customer base and repeat business. Until then, as fantastic as this product appears to be, these may not be for everyone, especially those on fixed incomes or on a tight budget.
