I added a dose of this to my protein shake (two squirts for 2ml) and did not taste any difference. I also slept really well that night as magnesium does seem to help with restfulness. This bottle is glass and arrived wrapped in bubble wrap for protection, which really helped with keeping it safe during delivery. It appears to be high quality and beneficial for a number of reasons. I am leery about taking it with just water as I do not want the mineral taste, but will keep adding it to my protein shakes.

Very happy with this magnesium supplement. I have been Keto for more than 3 years now and one of the biggest issues I ran into is not having enough Magnesium and Potassium (your body flushes these electrolytes quickly while in ketosis). Because of this, I am always looking for better supplements for these two electrolytes and I think I found my favorite form of Magnesium right here.
The main difference is the fact that it is in a liquid form compared to pill or gummy. The reason why this is so beneficial is because your body absorbs is so quickly. There are times when I have not taken my supplements for a few days and I will start to notice extreme issues with standing up (getting dizzy) or randomly getting weak. Usually when this happens, I will drink a bit of salt-water and then take my supplement pills — after about an hour or so, things are back to normal. With this liquid concentrate, I drop some into a flavored water mix and bam, literally within a few minutes things are back to normal. Completely shocked at how fast my bodies absorbs this and I don’t think I will ever want to go back to the pills/gummy ways.
Keep in mind, this has an extremely strong salt taste to it. I would not advise you take it directly. Instead, it is best mixed into some water, drink, or food to prevent the extreme salt-burn taste.

This stuff taste horrible. I tried adding it to sweet things to even out the bitterness but nothing worked. I ended up just throwing it out.

I have taken oral magnesium daily for over a year. The large capsules are sometimes difficult to swallow. For that reason, I wanted to try the Anderson’s liquid formula.
The directions provided were easy to follow. My biggest concern was taste. When mixed with water it does give a slight off-taste, but not bad. If mixed with a little juice or soda, you can’t tell it is even in there. We did try it with just a splash of water and it did give a really bitter taste. So follow the directions.
So far there have been no side effects (GI upset, cramps, etc). I am pleased with this product and glad that I no longer have to take the large pills! I plan to order/buy this product again.

Magnesium is great for your body and we rarely consume enough in our daily diets. This is a wonderful, tasteless supplement. that I mix into my water daily. There is a card that comes with this to help you with your loading dose and how to maintain levels long term – make sure to follow the instructions as stated. I’ve noticed a difference in muscle recovery after the gym and less water retention.

I love that the bottle is twice the size that I’m used to getting with these liquid supplements, i’m used to using these supplements underneath my tongue because they usually have a flavor to them whether it be pineapple berry or just plain sweet. I highly suggest not using this under the tongue, It has an almost burning bitter taste. I suggest getting a small cup with some type of juice in it and mixing it with the juice and taking it in one shot. It does say it has additional minerals but doesn’t give the breakdown of what they are. If you’ve ever tried shilajit, it has a similar flavor, with a burn.

Glass dropper in bottle was broken when it was delivered. The item is non returnable or refundable. No idea why.
