I didn’t want to risk trying the liquid, as I was afraid a bad taste would be hard to mask with food/drink. I bought the tablets, and while my son wasn’t able to swallow them (whole or half) it was super easy to crush them with the flat side of a kitchen knife blade then put them on a spoon with his favorite yogurt. I usually give in 3 spoonfuls. I’ve taken them myself this way and they don’t have a strong taste. We’ve been using them for a week and the school has sent improved and even some glowing reports on behavior, no complaints from the afterschool program and he gets to sleep and seems to sleep better throughout the night. He believes they are working and is willing to take them, so we’ll continue with them. Before this we were receiving daily emails regarding his ADHD behaviors and he was so frustrated. These are horrible. They are HUGE, too big for an adult even. I tried cutting one and unlike most pills, it broke and crumbled. My son couldn’t swallow the chunks as the taste was so bad. I ordered a powdered drink for adults instead and plan to just cut the dose. Save your money – these are not a good purchase.

Anyone with PTSD can use this product. I had bad panic attacks a long time ago and these pills saved me. Anyone with over sensitive environment body sensors (I know, sounds like instructions from China) can benefit from these pills. I use them now to go to sleep. These should be a crutch to help you through your panic attacks, however, to fully overcome your extreme fear of standing in that grocery line or being stuck in traffic or all those other triggers of panic attacks, you must follow these steps:
1. Know you are not alone. If you are freaking out it just means you are highly observant, intelligent and sensitive to your surroundings.
2. Don’t fight it. I know, nobody wants this feeling so the natural response is to try to run from it. But allowing it to win actually makes it worse. Know you are NOT going to die, and welcome it, observe how it feels, take note of it, thank your body for trying to save you, then reassure yourself that you are safe and it’s just a false alarm. This is the QUICKEST way to overcome your panic attacks. First time will be hell, but it gets easier and easier then disappears.
3. Find the center (where you give CPR) right under your sternum. Push down lightly hold for five seconds and breathe out, “I am safe, I am secure”. If you are in public, you can think this. NOBODY will notice you are pushing on your sternum. Most people are in la la land and don’t observe anything around them. If anyone notices, they are the ones that will understand and know what you are going through and have compassion for you. The ones that don’t notice are the ones you are worried about- but don’t worry they are in their own little world judging whoever is directly in front of them because they are like horses with blinder on.
4. Crutches: this pill is a crutch. Something for you to use while you are learning to overcome panic attacks. The pill usually lasts for about four hours. But there are other crutches you can use, for example, carry two or three pieces of caramel candy with you. Caramel has a calming effect, and if you are eating, it signals to your brain that you are safe because nobody eats when they are in danger. It’s a weird science thing that happens. Chewing gum with peppermint (peppermint has some calming effect) find what works for you. Lavender, cbd oil, etc.
5. I’m sorry you are having these. It means something really bad happened and you need to overcome that incidence or incidences. The saying whatever doesn’t kill you makes you stronger is really the truth. You WILL overcome this. You are intelligent enough to figure this out. You can talk to counselors or friends if it helps, but the most important thing is to love yourself and know that you will always be your own hero, your own protector. Give yourself a big hug 🤗

These are children’s supplements, so th3 fact that they are bigger than a motrin 600mg (but smaller than the 800mg) is crazy to me. My 8 year old can swallow pills but these are hard for her. Can’t return, waste of money. Very hard to swallow.

I find that it does work, but I have to grind it and hide it in my son’s food because it is disgusting. Kinda fishy that these are so inexpensive then the liquid is over $20…not sure if I would buy again, hate fighting with my son to take the pills

Used for my 6 old who cannot stay out of Trouble. ADHD defiance you name it. I use this with a fish oil pill daily and he is still his normal self without the outburts the rage and the run offs. Pills are pretty big and before he learned to swallow them I asked him to chew them (disgusting) hence why he learned swallowing vitamins is much easier. * no difference right away he even seemed to be more crazy at first but after a couple weeks of adjusting I can see a difference.
