These are nice tasting, soft, chewy magnesium supplements; however, I am surprised they do not contain more magnesium. Many of the magnesium supplements I have taken in the past have more magnesium and less Zinc. I purposely selected these gummies because of the zinc but I am surprised at the level of magnesium. I have nothing against these gummies I am just slightly surprised. They taste great and are relatively inexpensive.

I have been taking these magnesium gummies for a couple of weeks now, and find them soft, easy to chew, and they taste like raspberries, but they are definitely not overly sweet or artificial.
I like that these gummies have magnesium glycinate, malate, and taurate, which are supposed to be easier on the stomach, and I can confirm I haven’t had any discomfort after chewing them.
I appreciate that their ingredients include nutrients like zinc, calcium, and vitamin D3. Overall, these gummies have been great for winding down at the end of the day, and I’ve noticed that I feel a bit more relaxed before bed.

The fact that they’re so easy to chew is a highlight. I’m not a fan of gummies that are too tough or sticky, but these are the perfect consistency. They’re not too hard to chew and don’t get stuck in my teeth, which makes them much more pleasant to take than other supplements I’ve tried. The portioning is also convenient—each serving is just two gummies, which makes it easy to take the right amount every time. I also appreciate how simple they are to use. There’s no complicated dosing involved, and each serving is already pre-measured. All I need to do is grab two gummies and go on with my day.

Although I am perfectly fine with taking supplements in capsule or tablet form, I have grown to like supplement gummies. These 60 magnesium gummies taste like candy. Smells like candy too.
Surprisingly, there is a good bit of Vitamin C at 150% DV which I am happy with. Included is Vitamin B6 at 100% DV. There is Zinc at 136%.
But the headline ingredient, Magnesium, is at 24% DV.
The label recommends taking 2 gummies per day. The bottle has 60 gummies. So technically, a 30-day supply. However, I am simply taking one per day given that this is a supplement to my normal diet.
It comes in a solid clear Child-proof bottle.
Last thing, this bottle, like all dietary supplements are unregulated. I along with everyone else are reliant on the accuracy of what is written on the label. I always hope that it is accurate.

I really enjoy chewing these gummies. The taste is great. Its ingredient list is super clean. Those are exactly what I want to supplement. The dosages are quite low, which is good for people just looking for something to add to their daily meal intakes. I previously had a blood test, everything looks good so I don’t want to over supplement anything. So this product is just right for me.

I am not great at swallowing pills (especially large ones), so if there is an alternative like a gummy it always peaks my interest. I have been taking magnesium glycinate for a while, so I thought this might be a nice option to try. They are very nice as a gummy supplement, tasty and not too chewy.
As far as the contents go, I was surprised to see how little magnesium these contain. The listing title says “Magnesium Glycinate 500 mg”, however according to the label there is only 100 mg of magnesium per 2-gummy serving (which is actually a mix of formulations, not just glycinate) which is only 50 mg per gummy. So I am not sure where the “500 mg” comes from?? Am I supposed to take 10 gummies at a time??
There are other contents included as well, such as zinc, vitamin C, vitamin B6, and coQ10. There are also tiny amounts of D3, K2, and calcium. These are not the reason I would choose these but a nice bonus if you are looking for some additional nutritional support.

I wanted some extra magnesium so I got these. They mix a few kinds of magnesium and a few complementary vitamins and minerals so it is more of a “magnesium complex” than just a simple magnesium chew.
The serving suggestion is to chew two of them each day. They are small and taste good so it’s pretty easy to do.
My only complaint is that they all kind of fused together in the bottle,. so I have to reach in and peel one off the clump. Seems like maybe quality control could be a little better, but not a big deal.
