If you’re into natural health food, you’ve likely come across sea moss and know about the many health benefits it’s known for. I mostly take sea moss in gummy form but wanted a non-candy form that I can quickly take on the go or after I brush my teeth at night. I got this capsule since it contains so many other great ingredients I’ve read about—ashwagandga, tumeric, elderberry, etc. Happy to have a convenient pill that has so much healthy stuff in it! I feel this is a great value for all that you get.

I’m a believer in natural supplements for health, but I don’t like swallowing pills, so it’s wonderful to find one pill that contains so many of the good nutrients combined.
Plus, often now you’ll see nutritionals in gummies, but I don’t want the sugar or artificial sweeteners those contain, not to mention the additives that make the gummy texture but have nothing to add to your health, and possibly detract from health. These have no fillers or preservatives, according to the label.
The potency of these capsules is good. I wish they were organic, but the label doesn’t say they are. The manufacturer does say they are tested and are free from contaminants, though not sure what that really means.
Taking these supplements will improve your health and vitality, I believe, but it’s not like a pharma pill – you’re not going to feel the benefits immediately or in a dramatic way. Over time, however, I believe you will be better off adding these nutrients to your diet than if you lacked them.

I make it a practice to take elderberry supplements, especially in the winter. So I was looking for a low priced elderberry supplement and found this one. It not only has elderberry in its capsules but also sea moss, ashwagandha, black seed oil, burdock root, turmeric, bladderwrack, ginger, vitamin C&D3, manuka honey, dandelion, yellow dock, chlorophyll, apple cider vinegar, and black pepper.
I regularly eat seaweed–both sea moss and kelp–so I was particularly happy that it included sea moss. I also have taken supplements in the past including ashwagandha, black seed oil, ginger, apple cider vinegar, etc. so it was nice to find so many herbs, vitamins, and minerals in one supplement.
This is a one month supply–2 capsules a day–so the price is around $8.00 a month, which is more than fair.
I’m vegetarian, and I like that the capsules are made of vegetable cellulose, and the product is non-GMO and gluten-free.

I’ll say I didn’t have any bad reactions and plan to continue taking. I ordered because this is because reading the label, it sounds like a supplement made with basically every supplement I’ve heard to use for Sickle Cell, a blood disorder that causes pain that I was born with. I haven’t been taking these long, but plan on finishing the entire bottle. Be careful if you have a condition that would cause harm for you to take a blood thinner.
Specifically for those with cycles, you already know were I’m going with this. Very, very heavy with only one dose. I stopped taking, and it leveled out the next day. So maybe schedule your doses and stop 1-2 days prior.
