I ordered the 30 count of sea moss gummies, which we like to keep on hand for immunity support. We take a variety of immunity supplements, so Irish Sea moss is good to have in the rotation. What I like about this product is the addition of other beneficial ingredients such as burdock root, Fucus Vesiculosus. I’ll admit I wasn’t familiar with either of those before ordering this product so I had to look it up. It turns out burdock root is a great antioxidant and removes toxins from the blood. Fucus Vesiculosus is actually bladder wack, which is a brown algae that is also an antioxidant and great for skin health. So, I certainly don’t mind having those additional ingredients in the gummies.
The only thing I have a problem with is the amount of sea moss included in these gummies. The suggested serving is two gummies a day which includes 87.5 mg of sea moss (less than 1 g). I looked up the suggested serving of sea moss and found that 4 to 8 g is an effective dose and safe to take daily. So obviously these gummies deliver far less in comparison.
To reach the higher dose I suppose I can just double my intake of these gummies but there’s only 30 in this bottle so they will run out very fast, Which can become very expensive.
In the end, we like having sea moss gummies around, but this is obviously not our only source for immunity supplement. We’ll stick to other vitamins as our primary and throw in a couple sea moss gummies as a bonus.

Not sure what this stuff is, but I wanted to give it a try. These taste good probably because of all the sugar. There are no vitamins or minerals listed on the supplement facts, so be aware of the baseless claims others are making on here. And ignore the photos that show the bottle full to the brim with gummies. It actually is one third of the bottle. The 15 day supply seems a bit pricey.

I like taking Sea Moss with Burdock Bladderwrack for its immunity and digestion properties. These gummies are tasty and do the job. These are tasty, genuinely surprised they taste so good for a supplement. You easily forget that you are eating moss. I only received a 30 ct, and taken daily it only lasted 15 days. I would definitely purchase the larger size so there’s more value and they last longer. I have some stomach issues along with acid reflux, noticed that I didn’t have any issues with it reoccurring throughout the 15 days.

I’ve been taking sea moss gummies for a while now as a supplement to my regular daily multivitamins, and these gummy ones seem to be great. Compared to sea moss gummies from other brands, these taste sweeter and have less of a seaweed smell. I don’t know if that means these gummies have less seaweed content and the label is wrong. Whatever the case, I haven’t experienced any negative side effects, and I hope the manufacturer is being truthful about the gummy contents.
At almost $20 for a 15-day supply, I think the value is just okay. 4.5 stars.

I got this for my hair as it really seems to love Sea Moss. I tried it about 3 months ago (and been using it ever since) and noticed my hair grew like crazy. It also was healthier and stronger than ever. I had less breakage and less hair falling out. So I saw these gummies and thought what a great way to sneak some more hair help in my daily routine. The main way it is thought to help your hair is with all the beneficial minerals sea moss has that hair needs in order to grow. The burdock root improves circulation to your scalp thus helping with growth and less hair falling out (may). The bladderwrack does the same but it also protects the hair(may).
Now I noticed results very fast but I was taking about 1000 mgs in the morning. So as I stated this to me is a way to add some later in the day and keep it going so to speak. Now if you are iodine sensitive do notice that sea moss and bladderwrack does have that in it. Also if you are keto or low carb do notice two gummies are 4 grams of carbs. This is 3rd party lab tested but at the time of this review it does not indicate if it was tested in the USA/Canada/UK.
I really like the way these taste so fruity/candy like. A great way IMO for a healthy treat that your hair loves too. The benefits these ingredients have go way beyond hair as you might have guessed and even may be able to improve your metabolism. I noticed no sides with these and with this being low dosage, my entire family gets to enjoy these. My son really likes these with the way they taste. Glad I found this and hope this was helpful.
