By itself, it only helped a little. I also take it daily with Solaray’s ashwagandha (which is supposed to help the thyroid). Together I get a difference and it helps — still not a miracle — but they help.

I just got these yesterday so I’ve only been taking them for 2 days, let me tell you I can tell a difference already. I only take 3 capsules a day, I take them in the morning today is the 2nd time I’ve taken them & my cravings & eating habits are changing.
