Value:
60 soft gels for ~$7 is a pretty good value it seems. Each softgel is 250mg of a proprietary glutathione blend called “Gluta-IV” and 175mg of another proprietary blend of a phospholipid complex consisting of sunflower oil and lecithin phosphatidylcholine, whatever those are. It’s 2 soft gels per serving, which you’re supposed to take on an empty stomach 30-45min before eating. So, this should last a single individual a whole month more or less.

Effects:

This softgel was easy & small enough to swallow and didn’t have the characteristic offensive odor that liposomal glutathione products are known for. As for its effect, I’m not sure I really noticed any specific benefit. I suppose it had an immune benefit in terms of keeping me healthy for the first month I took it. The drawback is the not eating or taking other supplements after ingestsing. I usually take supplements together, and this restriction made it more inconvenient for me.
