These 100 mg gummies allow you to adjust the doseage to fit your particular need. The jar arrived securely sealed and as gummies tend to do, they were somewhat fused together and needed to be teased apart. The texture is gummy but firm enough to stick to my molars as I chew them. The taste is not completely unpleasant but it’s not candy-like. There is a mild green apple flavor that masks a slightly odd taste. I hate taking capsules so having magnesium citrate in gummt form is worth it despite the minor shortcomings in taste and texture.

Great way to get a Mag boost. Tasty green apple flavor. According to the label, they do contain Isomalto-oligosaccharides (IMO’s) as a sweetener. IMO’s have been shown to produce a glycemic response about the same as dextrose. While their use does permit the manufacturer to state they are not adding sugar, the addition of IMO’s has the same practical effect. It would be great to see a similar product made with no added sweetener. Kids may not be crazy about it, but adults would be getting a healthier product.

I love these gummies! Finally a gummy that is not loaded with sugar or sugar alcohols. No, they don’t taste like your typical gummies that could be mistaken for candy, but they actually taste like they are made with healthy ingredients and are good for you. They do stick together a bit but I’ve had other gummies that do the same and at least these are in a good size container that I can easily reach into rather than a small bottle that I can barely get them out when they stick. I love that these are made in the USA by a veteran owned company too. These are great for someone who is looking for more than a piece of candy pretending to be healthy for you, these really are healthy and far better than taking a pill!

I’m pretty strict about what supplements I put in my mouth, so I was happy to order these magnesium gummies made in the USA, by a veteran owned company. Also, the green apple flavor sounded interesting.
The gummies arrived in a big, heavy container, with all of the gummies stuck together in a single clump. My guess is that during manufacture some ingredient made them more tacky than necessary. Also, the flavor was not quite the same green apple flavor of a Jolly Rancher (what I had hoped for) but a slightly odd mix I couldn’t put my finger on.
Also of note is the number I have to take daily to reach the US RDA of 400 mg. Not a problem with this at all if you like chomping on gummies – I do – but if you want one and done, then these are not for you.
I would not buy these again until the issues of clumping and a change in flavor are resolved.

And texture is why it’s only getting a 4, would be a 3 but come on that’s a ton of gummies! That’s bonus there, however that taste it’s like those candies from Mexico that have that aftertaste of spicy but not hot? Idk if people know what that is, however these have that, really the texture isn’t to bad but the weird aftertaste, still better than some of the other ways to take these better than any non gummy for sure. So if you can handle the aftertaste these come with a ton for decent price and give you that magnesium some of us are lacking as we aged. So worth it to me.

I like that there’s no added sugar, but the green apple flavor gets the sour, bitter taste without any of the sweetness or fresh crisp. It leaves a bad taste in your mouth. But, it’s only one gummy per serving size, so if you find it beneficial enough, you might be able to stomach the taste.

This magnesium citrate supplement is nice, the green apple flavor is as described and tastes very similar to a real green apple, I thought the gummies were soft and chewy, but they were also very sticky to teeth, so I was unable to chew them, but instead I let them dissolve like lozenges, not ideal when trying to take 4 gummies, but that allows me to keep my fillings and crowns intact, I do like they are sugar-free, plant based, contains no artificial sweeteners, and are naturally flavored & colored, I also appreciate they are non-gmo, GMP and 3rd party lab tested for quality and consistency as-well, so far this supplement agrees with me nicely with no noticeable side effects, I prefer to take magnesium supplements with a small meal.
The serving size is 1 gummy which provides 100 mg of magnesium (magnesium citrate), but you can take up to 4 gummies daily for 400 mg of magnesium, the container provides 240 gummies, so it will provide a 240 | 120 | 80 or 60 day supply depending on the amount of gummies taken daily (1-4 gummies).
Overall I recommend, Made in the USA & Veteran owned.
