We have 2 cats that require liquid medications that must really taste bad to them. I started putting the medication in the gel caps and giving meds became so much easier.
The capsules feel sturdy and are easy to fill with liquids using a small syringe (which come with most liquid pet meds).
Just a PS – you can’t fill them too long before administering the meds. I’ve never gone more than 10 minutes between filling and giving the pills.

It’s a little bigger than I expected, but it’s easy to open, easy to swallow, and easy to fill!
It works great!

Old review: Product came opened and spilled into shipping packaging. Furthermore I question the time release function. Water quickly causes the pill to loose integrity. I also filled the pill with methyl blue and the capsule quickly lost strength and lost shape.
Additional info/review:
Tried with water and liquid methylene blue but pill looses integrity. However still useful for Blue to avoid getting a stained mouth.
I also tried with other liquid compounds; The capsules appear to work properly.

In Hua’s article (2020) [1], the importance of the gastrointestinal tract’s pH is explained when considering enteric capsules. For instance, some enteric capsules will dissolve quickly (e.g., 10 minutes) in a medium with a pH of 7 (e.g., distilled water), but, depending on the type of enteric capsule, will take about 60 minutes or more to dissolve in a medium with a pH of 1.5 (e.g., as found in the human stomach).
These enteric capsules dissolve in about 60 minutes in a medium with a pH of 2.5 (e.g., white vinegar).

I really like this product. I buy every single couple to three months to split my medication’s top quality recommended 100%.

I’ve had nothing but good experience with these caps. I use these for a night time blend and they seem to do great at breaking down probably 3-5 hours later and don’t affect my stomach.

All but 3 or 4 teas hurt my throat. I’m not sure why, but I need the benefit of some herbs. My experience with teas and herbal remedies turned me into a firm believer in reduced dosing, and this is the answer. These capsules are perfect for my personal formulas.
They don’t hold up under a lot of dry heat for many months (over 6 months), but I imagine they’re good in wet heat. I’m going through them fast now and they are perfect for my needs. They’re strong, resilient, and don’t shatter easy–not at all in this last batch. They’re just the right size for my personal low-dose herbal formulations.
