My experience was that it did not curb appetite, provide more satiety, help with weight-loss, etc. At most I think it was an expensive placebo effect and helped with being more intentional about losing weight (i.e., being more mindful about my habits, creating a new behavior centered on eating smaller portions, getting more exercise, etc.). I should have done more serious research into this before I bought it; I was looking for a quick-fix rather than lasting lifestyle changes which could have brought me the most benefit. I just thought people should think about this before they purchase something which is unregulated while making money off of big claims and the recent health fad of GLP-1 products. Please make up your own mind, but with caution.
