Pound for pound there are probably other supplements that will give more noticeable results at a similar or better price point.
This is my first experience with protodioscin so that may be a factor here as well. I may not be as receptive to it as other workout supplements.

These capsules are great for testostorone. I use these in conjunction with Fenugreek and Siberian ginseng from nootropics depot and enjoy enjoy enjoy. Very Nice boost of energy as well.

NootropicsDepot makes some of the best quality supplements, and does more lab testing than any other company I know of.
Their tribulus terrestris extract is excellent. It’s standardized to 20% protodioscins, and each capsule provides a large 500mg dose, giving you 100mg of pure protodioscins per serving. Most other Tribulus supplements are standardized to a much more general 95% saponins. I don’t know what % of that content is protodioscins, but it is probably much lower than 20%.
Tribulus is great for mood, libido, and to a much lesser extent exercise performance. I definitely have noticed some “men’s health” benefits but have not noticed any changes in my strength or workouts.
The published research on tribulus primarily show benefits for libido and men’s health, and not really as a testosterone booster in general.
Overall – this is a great quality tribulus supplement. If you want to test a top quality tribulus terrestris extract, it won’t get much better than this.

I have used other cognitive support supplements and found these to perform quite similar to the benefits I’ve received with other brands. I found a slight energy bump and definitely a positive mood change, somewhat more alert and focused when dealing with tasks. They are decently priced in comparison to the amount you get. I researched the main ingredient of this on webmd and would recommend you do as well. There are some cautionary things to be concerned with, and the bottle does mention some of them in the warning, but not all.

Doesn’t work. Don’t trust all the reviews on Reddit or Amazon review, the product is purely just a placebo. Even tried the product in powder form by taking apart the capsule to see if the effects would hit immediately but it literally did nothing. Save your money

This Nootropics Depot Tribulus Extract Capsules is a superior, nice, and excellent supplement. As I inspected it, it appears refined, high quality, and satisfying. The appearance, texture and color of the content looks clean, uncontaminated, and processed well. I only take a single capsule (or two when needed) of this supplement daily, often before meals or after dinner before sleep. As an adult man, I also noticed this supplement is easy to swallow, consume, and has no bad, unpleasant, unlikable after-taste. For me, it tastes mild, palatable, and rich. I’ve been using this supplement for weeks or more now. There’s little to no undesirable or pungent smell in it and the flavor is natural and mild. In my experience, it has helped mood for the day and improved my energy-level. As for me, I’m giving Nootropics Depot Tribulus Extract Capsules a 5-star rating.
Furthermore, I must make this disclaimer. The recommendation here should not be taken as a third-party lab test result or medical advice, rather, as an observation of a voluntary non-medical user. Tribulus is used for heart health, kidney stones, and as a diuretic. Many take it to increase testosterone, but the latest research says it has no effect and that would be my opinion. In spite of that it seems it may increase sexual desire in men and women. It does seem to dilate arteries and improve circulation. It can raise the amount of nitric oxide in the body. It should be taken in the mornings between meals on an empty stomach for best absorbtion. If it gives you stomach issues it may be taken with food. Common doses are 750 to 1500mg daily for up to 90 days and it is generally considered safe. This contains 500mg per one capsule serving. The capsules are easy to swallow with no bad taste or odor. The bottle contains 60 capsules. It will last two months at the suggested one capsule per day or one month at two capsules per day.
