So, based on the recommendation on the bottle, 2 pills per day is what you should take. That seems a little low, but doing so would give you over a years worth. The pills themselves are easy to swallow.

I have been taking chlorella for a long time now. I always have to take between 10 and 15 pills a day. This bottle is different.
SIZE
These are still very small sized pressed pills. They are not hard to swallow.
DOSE
Two pills a day is confusing to me. They are small. I know you can take more, of course, but it makes me wonder why this is two vs the higher requirements from other brands like Kyoto and several others I have used with good results.
DO THEY WORK?
At two pills a day I did not see the results I see with the other brands I use. I will look into this and explore higher doses with this brand.
THE BOTTOM LINE
This seems like a good chlorella supplement. I am just not sure why the dosage is so low compared to other brands with the same size pills.

FOUR STARS. There is nothing WRONG with these that I can tell but at two pills a day. Once I am done researching why the difference, I will try higher doses and update my review with any results of interest.
