I’ve been taking Tulsi supplements for a while now, usually it’s called holy basil. I’ve never taken a tablet like this before, but it works just fine. Usually I take it in a liquid capsule type of thing.
I will say it’s not a magic cure for anxiety. If I take it every day eventually I feel like it’s not helping anymore. I’m better off taking it when I feel like I really need it or intermittently. When I take it like that I do feel like it helps me calm down. So far I have not found anything that works long-term, but having several different things to try, is good. I feel like I need to have a lot of tools in my antianxiety toolbox. Tulsi, or holy basil is definitely one of them.

Tulsi is such an important herb: it’s good for anxiety and stress, good for blood sugar, and so many other things! I love tulsi tea, tulsi rose tea, and tulsi in an alcohol-based herbal tincture for stress relief. When I don’t drink tulsi as a daily tea, I like to have a supplement on hand. These tablets are perfect for my needs, and the price is wonderful.
I’m super-impressed by the Brieofood brand, which was new to me. Each one i’ve tried uses a compressed caplet format containing only the herb, bound together with only gum acacia and purified/distilled water. The caplets are the size in the photo, fairly easy to swallow, and are scored to be cut in half for those who have difficulty swallowing these oval tablets. They boast USDA organic certification as well as Halal India, 100% natural, lab tested and verified, gluten-free, and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) certification. They’re also certified organic under OneCert. These bottles are reasonably priced for a 1.5 month serving. I will order again, for sure. Highly recommended!

Holy Basil is a wonder drug (herb) for sure and if taken on a regular basis will help with immunity and lowers blood sugar and cholesterol among many other issues. It’s a great healer. I also love it because it enhances my dreams and makes them more vivid and more lucid. I generally take this just around dinner time as I go to bed very early to wake up to the early shift, and by the time I get to sleep this is just about kicking in.
This brand also gives me that magical dreaming which I enjoy so much. If you’re really in tune with your unconscious state of sleeping, you may find this will really bring wonderful dreams your way. Great product and a good price, will purchase again.
