This brand is widely recognized for quality. It does make your pee pinkish which is normal for a high dose like this. Overall this is good stuff.

I have taken DIM supplement for a while now. This supplement is paired with black pepper extract which helps aid absorption. This supplement is clean and good quality. I had no burps or aftertaste with this. It rivals my name brand store I typically get my supplements at, but at a fraction of the cost.

I thought that DIM was an estrogen blocker, because I had come across it in other supplements for bodybuilding. For example, paired with d-aspartic acid which is thought to boost testosterone. This is a misconception and it’s not just by me apparently.
Plus, that’s Nugenix ‘s original business – testosterone boosters.
So it turns out that DIM actually blocks testosterone and DHT, by blocking those receptors. Why would a guy want this? I have no idea.
There’s some conflicting information on the internet, but as far as I can tell, the interaction with both estrogen and testosterone is not straightforward. I don’t see much supporting it’s use to boost testosterone, but I do see it being used to avoid prostate cancer by blocking DHT and raising estrogen in menopausal women.
Jeez what a mess. Do your own research I guess. Nugenix could also clarify this but the explanation on their label doesn’t really help. The product isn’t even on their website.
I don’t know how to rate this, because I don’t know what Nugenix intended here.

Last year I had the t pills inserted because of low t, doc gave me some dim for some support and balance and was looking for a way to continue taking dim without buying his overpriced one.
From what the doc told me and research online dim will support more free t. In conjunction with all the other things people say to help your t levels I feel like this has helped. Easy to take, no funky taste and a decent price.

I’ve been taking DIM for help with hormonal imbalances. I feel it is most helpful just before my period. Ii don’t feel as irritable or as moody. I also feel because this comes with black pepper as an added ingredient, it helps keep you regular. The capsules are easy to take and you only need to take one a day. This can be taken with any beverage.
