These Shilajit gummies are some of the best tasting gummies that provide an actual nutritional value, and does not taste like medicine. The berry flavor is good, not overly sweet, but not underwhelmingly fruitful either. The flavor and design of the gummies definitely makes it easier to take this Shilajit product over the normal resin formula or even the pill forms.
I cannot say for certain all the benefits of taking shilajit in gummy form, but I will say I take it with ease, and it makes me want to take it more often and regularly compared to the other forms, it’s also a lot cleaner! The impact of taking these gummies on a regular basis so far from what I have noticed is they did give me a boost of energy and I found myself keeping busy on my days off from work even more so than normal. Typically, when I’m home and have things to do my brain is all over the place and I find myself starting one project, then moving onto something else and forgetting to finish things sometimes. After consuming 2 of these gummies, within the hour I noticed I was very “motivated” to do things, but I was able to focus much more on one taste at hand, completing it before moving on to the next. I managed to get a lot of work done at home recently before returning to work, and I still had enough energy that I wanted to do more, but for the time being I had completed all my tasks.
I’m not sure what else I am supposed to feel, but I can tell you it gave me enough energy for the day that I was awake for a good 20 hours before going to bed and it felt like I had taken an espresso injection, but without the caffeine side effects of fast heartbeats or crashing mid day and needing more coffee. What I can say is that these gummies definitely surprised me because I was not expecting much out of them since I always hear the gummy form of any vitamin or medication is never as good, but these definitely work very well in that aspect of providing me with enough energy during the day that it allowed me to have a great sleep at night.
I’m not a typical 9×5’er when it comes to my job, I work rotating tours, with rotating days off and I work mostly overnights or very early mornings. These shilajit gummies have come in handy lately, especially with all the overtime I’ve been putting into work. The focus and energy are the biggest positives I have gotten from taking these gummies that I can tell so far; however, after taking them for over a week now, I think I’ve noticed a difference in my eating habits as these gummies don’t have sugar in them and I am a diabetic, so this is a benefit because I tend to run on the high side with my sugar levels. Taking these daily has calmed many of my cravings, but sweet tooth and for soda. I found myself drinking more water, but not needing to drink as much in general daily compared to when I do drink diet soda, I always feel thirsty and hungry. I believe this helped to calm those cravings and I’ve noticed my sugar levels have been lower from eating less and going longer periods of time without needing to eat.
I don’t know what is really in this formula, but whatever it is has been a blessing and it is helping me to lose weight, feel great, keeping calm and keep moving. I tend to be very stressed when I have a lot of work to do both as my job and home, but again whatever is in these gummies, it has definitely helped me in a few ways that I was not expecting. I cannot complain of any bad smells, tastes or after tastes, nor can I complain of any negative side effects (other than wanting to eat more of these gummies in one sitting!). I know what is said about normal shilajit resin formulas and how they are supposed to make a person feel, I can’t say these necessarily fit that entire description, but I am not upset in the least by the lack of some of those claims as I have found other benefits to gain from taking this product. I can definitely see myself using this product more and purchasing additional bottles in the future.

I like the gummy ingredients — notably organic tapioca and natural blueberry juice — but I do question how these ingredients would lead to 0 sugar (blueberry juice has 2g sugar put fluid ounce, though since its the last ingredient it may be a small amount of blueberry juice afterall).
While I can’t test these for their wellness claims or macro composition, the gummies are on the harder side but very digestible. I really disliked the flavor, however — I felt they tasted like Shilajit with stale tapioca and only a hint of blueberry. Not a flavor I’d repurchase.

The shilajit supplement gummies provide a rich source of nutrients, that include1000 mg shilajit extract, 200 mg Chaga extract, 100 mg ginseng extract, 100 mg maca root extract, 60 mg black seed oil, and 10 mg black pepper extract . Very good supplement to take I would recommend to customer.
