I like the manufacturer website and information. I also like that you are getting ALA, GLA, and Omega-3’s in a soft gel that isn’t fish based.. The nutrition label is so small it requires a magnifying glass. Not good. The website recommends 1-3 soft gels per day.
The hemp oil is extracted using CO2 extraction instead of chemical hexane extraction so it preserves the terpenes and is safe. I appreciate that. I didn’t get any diarrhea or nausea or vomiting with them, which some people have reported… likely with higher doses. The sticker on the label says its organic hemp, but I would rather see certification rather than trust sellers. I want everything I use to be certified organic. I took off one star because of the label info being so tiny and unreadable.

I got this Hemp Extract Relieve supplement to help during periods of painful menstrual cramps. The gel pills are on the smaller side, odorless, and tasteless. I like that they are co2 extracted. There is a best by date on the bottle about two years out. Without magnification, it is nearly impossible to read the supplement facts label or dosage directions on the bottle. I wish I had access to more information about the company.

I got this for my wife, and while she noticed a slight improvement in hot flashes, there are several issues with this product. First, the serving size says “1-3 softgels daily” but offers no guidance on how to determine the right amount. Since fatty acids are best absorbed with food, it seems odd that this isn’t stated anywhere on the label. My wife has been taking one daily with meals and hasn’t experienced side effects (which very well might occur if taken on an empty stomach), but at the upper limit of three per day, the 30-pill bottle would only last ten days. That makes it very expensive if taken as suggested.
What concerns me most is the lack of transparency. The bottle claims to be “made in USA” and “third-party tested,” but there’s no information on who conducted the testing or where the ingredients come from. The manufacturer’s website offers no details and doesn’t even list this product. The vague claims and lack of an ingredient list make it hard to trust this brand. Even the text on the bottle is so tiny, it’s hard to read without magnification. Overall, this product feels more questionable than helpful.

Bella Phytologic Omega Hemp Oil are deep crimson colored gel tablets with an aroma that reminded me of fish oil gel tablets. The plastic bottle holds 30 gel tablets that were easy to take and fortunately did not have a taste when I took or if I hiccupped after taking the supplement. The manufacturer recommended taking 1-3 softgels daily. I usually took 1 in the evening and it helped relax me so that I could fall asleep quickly. It is a convenient way to take a dose of hemp oil without the extra sugar and calories that are usually found in hemp gummies, without needing a spoon as you do when taking a liquid form of hemp oil, and is placed in a petite bottle that is easy to place in a purse, backpack, desk drawer, car console, and carry-on bag. Each capsule contains 10 Calories, 1g Total Fat, and 25mg Hemp Extract. The ingredients list also states that the capsules contain 154mg Alpha Linolenic Acid (ALA), 38mg Gamma-Linolenic Acid (GLA), 166mg Omega 3 Fatty Acid, and 523mg Omega 6 Fatty Acid. The product bottle that I received looked different from the product photos on Amazon. The label states that it is Manufactured for and distributed by Bella Phytologic and is Made in the USA. One odd detail that the manufacturer noted was the manufactured date of 12/2022 but did not provide a best by or expiration date. I would have preferred the latter information. Overall, the product worked well but I feel that the manufacturer needs to provide additional information that they choose to omit from the product label.

I love this for menstrual relief and general mood balancing. It really works and with no downside! I feel very comfortable taking this and still being fully attentive to my toddler and all his needs.
Would highly recommend. Especially, for mothers/woman or people suffering from muscle pain, inflammation or cramping. For a mild and natural remedy, I have found nothing better.
