These pills are a natural way to relax and get a good night of sleep. I drink a cup of tea and 2 capsules an hour before bed and sleep like a baby. Do not need over the counter medications for sleep.

We bought these chamomile capsules for stress and they work but they also make you kind of tired so we decided to only take them before bed which was good because it helps us sleep. These are good and we will purchase again. Thanks

Love Chamomile🥰. First started taking the tea when my daughter introduced it to me when I first was injured that left me disabled. But prior to getting meds to help me sleep through the pain and the anxiety that came with it, I took the tea. That was over 10 years ago. I’m older and now diabetic so I try to refrain from drinking a lot of fluids before bed. I have sleep meds that help for the pain but been starting to have increased anxiety. So I looked for chamomile not in tea form. This is what I ordered. I love the effects of this herb. I have anxiety sometimes during the day when I’m alone and can’t get my pain under control. I already take meds for anxiety but sometimes I may have to double my dose but if there’s something else that helps otc, I’d prefer to go that route.
The reason for 3 stars is because the herb does the trick. If this company invented or found this, I would give them 5 stars. But I think the kudos go to God or whoever you believe in and maybe our ancestors for finding the effects of it. I’m not quite sure what the price was but I’m pretty sure it was competitive. The product got to me quickly(being disabled, Amazon is my BFF🥰), and it was sealed as it should be, so thumbs up👍🏻there. My MAJOR problem was the size of the capsules💊. Again, me-disabled equals my liver sees a lot. Funny thing, before I was disabled I didn’t even drink.🍹😖 I take 5 pills at night, plus these 2 chamomile. So out of 7, 4, including the chamomile are filled capsules too. The chamomile are the largest. Out of 7, 2 are prescribed (one small filled capsule ~½”, the other, a pill ~4mm). The others are for allergies (~5mm pill), reflux(~7mm pill), the last 3 are the chamomile and ASO which is about the same size. SO, I didn’t want to drink tea because I didn’t want to have the urge to go in the middle of the night, right? Mind you, I may be getting older and taking ASO for bladder spasms but I can still hold a full bladder until I wake up the next morning.😎 But, these pills take A LOT OF WATER to go down.🌊 Idk, maybe, my esophagus is abnormally thin and dry.🤷♀️ I can take one at a time and still I feel them getting stuck. Oh and it IS THOSE 2 PILLS. The other 2 capsules, I’ve never had a problem. I don’t know if it’s the size or if it’s what the capsules is made out of but, I’m drinking, coughing, drinking and coughing😵. So I end up usually drinking 1½ to 2 cups of water. And it always flares up my GERD🥵. So I end up having to pop some tums and go to bed, while still feeling like I have a bone in my throat🦴😬. I’m not done yet. I lie down but don’t go to sleep because after 30 minutes, I have to go🧻🚽…while coughing. Although, maybe I should give the 4th star.🤔 Coughing helps me completely empty my bladder.😏

I seem to have a high tolerance for any calming or sleep aid. This actually worked for me for about a month, and then it stopped. Took a break, yet still doesn’t work again. My body is weird like that.

I have endometriosis. I get severe pain with it but refuse to take any pharmaceutical medication to treat my endometriosis. I started taking vitex and estrosense over a year ago which helped me ovulate and regulate my period. I no longer have irregular periods. I still got severe pain especially around ovulation time and close to my period. I’m a cancer zodiac so I believe in honesty 100%. I’m not here to lie to you or blow smoke up your rear. I was doing more research on herbs to kill off endometriosis and I discovered that chamomile and castor oil kill off endometriosis; proven by scientist. Shocking because scientist are all for big pharma and their lies. Well anyways an hour after taking chamomile, my endometriosis pain was gone completely. 100%. Chamomile is used for treating pain from endometriosis. So would I recommend this herb to all pcos, endometriosis, ovarian cancer patients? Yes!!! Absolutely!!! For ladies suffering endometriosis. I take vitex, estrosense, tyrosense, iodine, hair skin and nails pills, maca, milk thistle, oregano oil, tumeric curcumin, castor oil, and 2,000 mg vitamin c bare minimum with some almond milk to help absorb the vitamin c better. Call me crazy idc. I know most people won’t believe me, that’s fine because they never do. Just take my review into consideration.
