First, do your homework on the product if you haven’t purchased this before. The recommended daily amount is 2 capsules, considering the count; this is a great value. No taste, unless you open the capsule or let it dissolve. *, double-check the ingredients for allergies. overall I would say this is a great value for the price. arrived with care (unopened un damaged, and a safety seal)

I really like the KYOLIC brand for heart supplements so I purchased these. Unfortunately these tablets are on the bigger side and hard to swallow. I’ve choked a few times trying to swallow two tablets at once which I have done with many other supplements with no problem, lol. Would I buy this again? No, I’d look for the one that comes in the form of capsules. Does it work? I feel no huge difference but I think it does help with fatigue.

I suffer with gut problems that are all triggered by stress! Since I started taking this supplement for 2 months now, my flare ups have almost gone away!! These tablets are now my go to when I have an extremely stressful day. I feel better, I’m more alert. When I feel like I’m pumped up stressed out, and worn out, I take 2 tablets with water. I notice that after about a 1/2 hour to an hour my stress high calms down. I feel relaxed and am able to finish my day. These have been a life saver. I don’t have any side effects like the garlic smell on skin, from use. These dissolve quickly without the garlic burp. I take these every morning and carry some extras, if the day is going to be very stressful. They’ve been wonderful.
