A friend recommended this product and I have been taking it for 1 1/2 months. I set up a subscription here on Amazon and was hopeful for good results. I didn’t like the instructions – take as your doctor recommends – but I called the company and a nice rep told me six pills a day spread out. So I was doing 2 morning, 2 noon, and 2 evening.
I have had no side effects.
But bottle #3 arrived today and it was so poorly packaged the glass was all broken, slivers of glass mixed in with the pills AND I cut my hand getting at the pills.
The product may be good but the Vendor is not! Now I have to decide whether I order directly from Metabolic Maintenance or try a different supplement. Comments and suggestions are welcome!

They cite a study suggesting that 1000 mg of Calcium Citrate along with trace minerals “may” help with osteoporosis. That may be,…but unfortunately they only put 167 mg into each capsule in this bottle(17% of the daily recommended dosage),…which means you either have to get another bottle of Calcium Citrate to get your 1000 mg or you have to take at least six capsules of these every day. I think I will get another bottle of Calcium Citrate and continue taking this anyway,…just to see if it works. I have a bone density test in a year so I’ll report back.

Metabolic Maintenance Rebuild Osteoporosis Formula was recommended by my doctor and seems to be a good product. I have not had a new bone density test to prove it. A two year study showed that it helped. I hope it works for me because I don’t want to break a hip.
