I need to echo another reviewer. This supplement has D3 and K2, along with magnesium and calcium. Good combination. Here’s the issue: each serving is 4 capsules! That means the 120 capsule count is actually only 30 servings. There are lots of high quality supplements that are cheaper per serving and you don’t have to swallow 4 capsules for it. Actually, you can get liquid supplements that are a better deal!

I am very pleased with this Calcium supplement with Vitamin D3, Magnesium and Vitamin K2.
This combination saves me taking several individual tablets each day and the regimen offers me the measured amount of Calcium and Magnesium I require to keep from having muscle cramps from tetany, (a condition I have had for 40 years).
The pills are easy to swallow, don’t produce any aftertaste or heartburn and as my recent blood tests have shown, my Vitamin D level is optimum for my age (82). Reasonably priced supply.

These capsules are big, but they are smooth and easy for me to swallow. I took these mainly for the calcium and magnesium they provide. They seemed to help reduce muscle cramping. My recent lab results indicate that my calcium levels are within normal range, whereas it was low before I started taking these supplements. The only thing I dislike about this product is that it is overpriced.

I have been taking this for the past couple of weeks. I initially chose this because I wanted a supplement for bone and joint support without anything artificial in the ingredients. Recommended dosage is 4 capsules(not too fond of this).
After two weeks some minor cramping that I have had in my legs is mostly gone. And my muscles seem to be functioning more smoothly during my workouts. A bit pricey but overall great quality and has been effective with no side effects.

These are decent calcium supplements. They don’t taste bad or upset one’s stomach. They’re good. However, you have to take four a day! That’s quite a bit…

A bottle of 120 “maxicaps.” Thirty servings at four caps per day–two in the morning and two in the evening takes with food and a beverage.
The caps are flavorless and easy to swallow.
I especially like seeing the QR code on the bottle. A good example of this this is useful is the covered part of the label. Since I can’t read it, I can scan the QR code and find it and much more information on this and the vendor’s products.
Seemingly expensive at about $30 at the time of our review, there is actually good value as there is calcium, Vitamin D, and magnesium in the blend.
Pleased with this combination bone-health product, pleased to recommend it, and pleased to be a repeat customer.

I really like this formulation but wish it was not so expensive. I like that I can combine 3 pills I usually take into one dose. These really pay off in the winter when we cannot get out into the sunlight.
5-star quality but the price caused me to dock one star.

This is a pretty nice mix to have of calcium, magnesium, vitamin D3 and vitamin K-2. You do not always get all of these together. Since manufacturers have been taking the calcium out of the multivitamins I have been getting I had to find a calcium supplement. Calcium and magnesium seem to work well when taken together so I thought I would give this mix a try. Some types of calcium constipate me but this form did not. It may be because of the magnesium. I don’t know. This formula also helped me get more of vitamins D3 and K-2 in my diet as well. I did not need the cellulose or magnesium stearate in the “Other Ingredients” in this formula but I did like that it has Enzymax to help breakdown and process the foods I eat. Those enzymes gave me the burps if I did not eat enough before taking the capsules so I had to watch that. I like that this is a Certified Kosher formula and that some of the ingredients seem to come from natural sources too.
The capsules don’t have much of a smell and they swallow easily. To get the full serving size on the bottle you have to take 4 capsules a day. It is recommended that you take two in the morning and two in the evening. It’s plenty of vitamin D3 but you do not even get half of your daily requirement of calcium and just 60% of the magnesium you need each day. So it seems like a lot of capsules to take for so little calcium and magnesium. You have to keep in mind that you still have to get the rest of your them from some other sources throughout your day.
For the most part this is a good mix of nutrients you need in decent form. It helped me get some of what I needed. It’s a little pricey but I recommend this formula if you do not mind the “Other Ingredients.”
