It works and does the job. Helps thing “slide out” easier.
The only thing I don’t enjoy about these is that it takes 3 pills, which can be a little annoying. And which also means you go through t he 60 pills pretty fast. But overall good value for money.

This bottle of 60 1500-mg psyllium husk capsules is properly packaged with clear plastic shrink-wrapped over the cap and a heavy paper seal attached to the bottle mouth under the cap. The “Best Use” date was over 2.5 years into the future, but I think psyllium husk will last even longer than that.
The capsules themselves are unremarkable, exactly the same size as drug-store-brand capsules that I’ve used previously — 20mm long by 8mm diameter. They are easy enough for me to swallow, but people who have trouble with large pills (like large multivitamins) may prefer something smaller.
If you take psyllium daily, for example as Metamucil-brand powder, you may find capsules convenient to take with you during travel, instead of taking a jar of powder from which you can mix a spoonful with liquid each day as in your normal routine. When I saw “extra strength” on this product, I thought that maybe I could get more psyllium per capsule, and not have to carry as many capsules in my travel kit. But there’s no magic here — a given size capsule can only hold a certain amount of psyllium husk. Comparing the “Supplemental Facts” on this product’s jar with the regular-brand powder, I would still have to take eight of these capsules to equal the amount of dietary fiber (3g or 11% of the Daily Value) as a small dose of the regular-brand powder (one rounded teaspoon or 5.8g). So, on a 1-week trip you’d need to take the whole bottle of capsules, and you could be better off carrying a small jar of powder to mix in liquid instead.
Still, another benefit of the capsules is that they do not contain the sweeteners (artificial or real) and corresponding bulk (size and weight) of the powder in a jar. And they are easier to take with a small amount of liquid, any liquid. I think these capsules are a good thing to have available to use as needed depending on your situation. If that means using a lot of capsules, then I would look for a larger jar (and a somewhat lower cost per capsule).
