Really the only thing I like about this is that all the pills your supposed to take all come in a little pre packaged packet. So there is no counting, or trying to remember which ones to take when.
But some fiber will do a better job.

This cleanse really helps to cleanse your system. Not abrasively, but enough to make you confident you really are cleansing your body of past mistakes. I would recommend taking this broken into 3 days the first cycle and 4 days the second, as 7 days can be very harsh on your body. Make sure you’re staying hydrated and eating very fresh foods.

I love it. I have used it twice and love the way it gently works. It really cleans you out without any stomach cramping or anything like that. The only difference is that when you go to make a bowel movement A LOT COMES OUT. Other than than there is no running for the toilet at all times of the day or any of that stuff that people worry about. During the cleanse I lost 5 pounds that I wasnt trying to lose. AFTER the cleanse I continued to drop about 10 pounds more. I usually eat pretty healthy so I can only guess that the cleanse enabled the nutrients to be absorbed and utilized by my system faster. In any case, I will do a cleanse twice each year from now on.

I love this stuff! I’m one of those people that no matter how much fiber, fruit, veggies, exercise, water, etc. I consume, I’m constantly stopped up. I can go 4-5 days without a movement. I take one packet a day and things move along nicely! I’m super happy Amazon carries it now!

12 pills, 3 times a day was almost a meal in itself. My wife & I both tried it and made us feel bloated & uncomfortable. Our bowel movements were no different than normal days. We were expecting a good colon cleanse and stayed close to bathroom. It has been several weeks now and there were no results as expected. I would not recommend nor use product again. Would rather expect a refund.
