Many other brands require you to take three or more capsules to achieve what’s stated on the bottle. I’ve been using it for a couple of weeks and believe it’s contributing to my overall well-being. This is my second bottle, I have tried a few berberine supplements but this seems to work the best, I even got one from a Holistic Dr & it didn’t work. I read the reviews on this & needed something extra. This works.

I have only taken a couple weeks and I feel it may be helping decrease my appetite but Im now having constipation issues. Hopefully Miralax will get things going or I will have to stop taking. Its still early so im still optimistic.
