This is a white-label product, multiple variations of which have been popping up all over Amazon. They frequently combine sea moss, black seed oil, and ashwagandha. Nevertheless, the product claims to be third-party tested.
What is immediately apparent when looking at the label is that the product name lists some fantastical dosages corresponding to the unconcentrated supplement forms, whereas the actual ingredients are concentrated extracts, leading to exaggerations by 10x or more. This appears deceptive, as most buyers will be looking for extracts and expect information of the amount of the extract included.
A look at the main ingredients reveals that several are included at reasonable dosages, though not all.
The included black seed and sea moss extracts appear to be within the recommended range.
The included ashwagandha is a quality, standardized extract, but at 100mg, it’s below the commonly recommended range, which is at 120-5000mg according to the web service Examine.
Equally, the included amount of astragalus extract is well below an effective dosage, and one wonders why it is there, at all.
Finally, I’m noting that the product includes some harmless but unnecessary fillers. This, and the shotgun approach, aren’t usually found in top-quality supplements.
My objections not withstanding, there is something to the formula that seems to work; I found myself re-ordering it.
I’m subtracting a star due to misleading labeling and fairy-dusting.

Not much else to say. It’s a pill, so I can’t comment on taste like with the gummies, but this is a plus if you don’t want to feel like you’re eating candy. Also, I don’t trust that they get the full active ingredients in most gummies, given how small they are versus the pills like this that are packed with everything in them.

But no worries—she’s still kicking and even feeling better than ever! So, with her as my unwitting guinea pig, I dove in myself. I have to admit, this blend is *next level*. I don’t know if it’s the sea moss or the ashwagandha, but I’ve got energy, clarity, and I’m feeling like I could wrestle a bear (not that I’d recommend that). It’s like someone bottled up a health food store and jammed it into these capsules.
They also threw in elderberry, burdock, dandelion, astragalus, and even black pepper for that extra *oomph*—seriously, who’s coming up with these combos? I think the black pepper activates the tumeric. This is precisely why I like blends. I suppose you can read more about it or just let me know I’m right. It’s like they raided Mother Nature’s pantry and said, “Yeah, we’ll take *all* of it.” I mean, it sounds like a smoothie you’d only dare to order at a juice bar called something like *Zen Fuel.*
So now I’m feeling great, my wife’s still thriving (thank goodness), and these capsules are my new secret weapon. The only thing missing is a label that says, “Test on spouse first for optimal results.” Just kidding… maybe.
Bottom line: If you’re looking for a supplement that pretty much throws the entire kitchen sink of wellness at you, this is it. Just make sure someone else tries them first—you know, for science!

I’m a big fan of sea moss, especially when it’s accompanied but other immunity boosting vitamins. These are standard size and standardly don’t taste great but you’re not supposed to taste them anyway. They’ve got a ton of good vitamins if you can’t get them naturally and that’s what matters. I have a sensitive stomach so if you have the same, take with a snack.
