I’ve been taking these for about a month now and I don’t notice any crazy boost in energy or anything else for that matter. The gummies are an odd size and shape plus they taste WEIRD. I guess to each his own because everyone’s tastebuds are different but, bleck. Now, they don’t taste BAD, per say, but they taste ODD, like I’m not sure how to even describe it. The issue, however, is that despite the weird taste I didn’t notice any added benefits so I do not necessarily recommend purchasing this supplement.
