I am taking this for DHT blocking along with saw palmetto. Nothing complicated, but it works for me. Not sure why this is such a discrepancy in the reviews, but the CORRECT math is: 120 pills will last FOUR months @ 30 days in a month.

I’ve been using Best Naturals Nettle Leaf Extract, and I’m really happy with it. I’ve noticed more energy and less joint discomfort. The 5000 mg per serving is a great dose, and the capsules are easy to take. No side effects so far. It’s a solid addition to my wellness routine!

I like the visual aspect of seeing a green tint inside the capsules as it satisfies my thoughts that they are natural. I’m not a fan of looking at a capsule and seeing a white powder inside when you know there should be a color to it. The serving size of 1 capsule is also nice as this bottle is a 3 month supply. I don’t take it every day as I enjoy nettle tea, but when I’m traveling or on days I just don’t feel like making a pot of tea this is a quick and easy way to still get my nettle fix. The capsules have no flavor so they’ve been filled and sealed properly.

I have been adding many new supplements to my daily (and weekly) natural supplements. Being in my 50’s now, I am looking to make sure my husband and I are in the best health as possible. Watching my parents decline rapidly once they got into their 70’s. My dad started declining in his late 60’s and passed at 73, my mom started declining by the age of 77 and passed at 79. Most of their friends are still around and doing very well. So I started talking to the ones that are doing well (we really never lost touch after my parents passed) My mom’s best friend is now 82 and still living like she’s in her 60’s. She like myself, is and has been into all of these new supplements that are becoming more available to us. She also (like me) doesn’t trust most prescription (Big Ph) medications. My parents on the other hand were on so many it was ridiculous. I wasn’t aware of it until I started caring for my mom, she was on 18 prescriptions a day (Absolutely sickening) she didn’t need all of them, I took away 11 of those that were not needed, and when I talked to her Dr, he agreed that she could be taken off of them. I was livid that they allowed her to be on them for so many years. They make money, so they don’t care what the long term effects are (mad face) I was also really upset that my parents allowed this without questioning it! It was too late once I got my mom off of them, the damage had been done. I could write a book on my rant with this current admin. and Ocare!!! I am praying soon things will get much better for this country with our medical system and food industry!
Anyway, my mom’s best friend still texts with me and shares everything she learns about new supplements and their benefits.. Although Nettle tea is not new, we are learning more and more about these amazing God given supplements.
I do like to drink tea, but there are so many wonderful teas out there, to get their benefits, you would have to drink a lot.. I am glad that they are coming in powder capsule form now.
You can’t go wrong with this Nettle leaf extract. First off, it is “proudly made in the USA” The other thing I really like about it is, there are no other ingredients, it’s just Nettle tea leaf! So many other supplements add things like Turmeric or elderberry. I don’t like it when they do that because so many of the supplements do, so you could be overloaded with turmeric because its in all of your supplements. I take turmeric on my own, but not daily, just twice a week. So I appreciate that this is JUST nettle leaf.

Easy to swallow Nettle Leaf Extract with a higher than average dose. These come in a generous 120 cap bottle that’ll last 6 months if taken daily. I am liking it & added it to my daily routine after gym workouts to see if anything is different with my liver/kidneys in 6 months time. The pills are easy to swallow and smell grass-fresh. So far no stomach issues with these and I will see how they are in a couple months of use.
