These capsules are super easy to take. I have been taking these for awhile now, not every single day but consistently enough to notice an improvement. I would recommend them. I love that they came in a glass bottle, and don’t taste bad when taking. You can tell these are great quality just from the packaging, taste and smell alone. As always, do your own research and/or talk to your dr before starting any supplement.

The ingredients are trustworthy and the bottle arrives safely and well-sealed. I’ve been on St. John’s wort for quite some time, and from what I recall it took 2 weeks for me to start feeling the positive effects.
St. John’s wort is interesting in that I’ve had it before as a tea, which makes it difficult to determine the dosage ingested. I likely would prefer it in liquid form, but due to wanting to have consistency have turned to supplements and never have anything else that has St. John’s wort as an ingredient.
I noticed no drop-off from this from what I usually take, in fact, I have felt a little bit better which may be ascribed to this being a superior brand.
