I’ve taken mag glycinate for years, and I don’t feel any different with this one than with others (which is probably a good thing, since I mostly take supplements as preventatives).
FYI, this is a lower-dose mag glycinate than some of the others out there. Two capsules are only 60% of your RDA. If you need a higher amount for whatever reason you will need to keep that in mind. A lot of what I see here in Vine-land is very high-dose so it would be easy to fail to get the amount you actually want if you don’t check the percentages on the label. If you don’t need a very high dose, then this is an advantage. It’s easier to just take more than to split capsule doses if they put too much in there for your needs.
My only complaint is the ship time. It took about a month and a half for the bottle to get to me. It may have been a supply shortage.

A friend recommended I start taking magnesium to help with my sleep. I tried one version but hadn’t noticed a change. So I was looking for a new magnesium supplement and decided to try this one. Shipment was quick and bottle was sealed when it arrived. I like that it was a 45 day supply which is good for the price. I also like that it had double the magnesium I was previously taking so I didn’t need to take as many capsules. The capsules were a normal size and easy to swallow. Sadly my sleep pattern hasn’t improved after one bottle. Either I need another bottle or it’s not the right supplement for my issue. Positive is I didn’t have any adverse reactions to it so the brand/manufacturer is good for me.

I have a terrible time falling asleep and staying asleep long enough to get tested and feel refreshed. I started taking supplements this last 6 months or so and this is my nightly go to. I usually would lay in bed and look at the clock or ceiling for few hours. Now, after taking these, I feel like I get a better sleep with not too much staring at the clock, and I wake somewhat more refreshing than before taking these. I would recommend.

It works great for me and my wife. We both drink coffee and noticed some muscle spasms recently which most likely were signs of magnesium deficiency. The dosage is decent. the tablets are not too big which is great. It’s affordable and it’s a 45 day supply.

I’ve been taking magnesium glycinate for years. Sometimes the brand I usually use is out of stock when I need to reorder. I tried this one out and it seems to work the same. My reviews keep getting flagged as inappropriate when I say why I take magnesium, but I’ll just say that I can tell that it is working. Could be placebo, but I’ll take it.

These are pretty large tablets, but they are coated so they are not all that hard to swallow. It has no flavor and is a good source of magnesium. I’m happy with this order.

Magnesium helps me sleep so much better and these are great capsules. They are a nice size, they don’t have an odd taste and are easy to swallow. I didn’t notice any difference when I changed over from the previous brand I was taking. Really loved that this is a 45 day supply instead of 30, a really good value for the price.
