Nobody in my family will eat these because of the chalky taste. I don’t seem to mind them if I eat them like a food with several bites. I only need one a day to make me feel good. Each pill is about 1″ diameter and the bottle is difficult to store.

Seriously between these vitamins and key nutrients electrolytes drink powder (not paid to say this) I feel like a new woman! I just turned 40 and have been like my lack of energy CAN’T be this low at this point in life. I was Seriously Seriously DESPERATE! I (an RN) was researching vitamins when one of my patients (think crazy neuro-muscular disorder weakness, spasticity, fatigue and pain) told me about these. These are the HUGEST GAME CHANGER! She has sold people on these and now I am too. Because they work. THEY REALLY WORK! Takes a bit to get into your system BUT DO NOT HESITATE (all vitamins are crap nay sayers), they might be a little big but… THIS WILL BE ONE OF THE BEST DECISIONS OF YOUR LIFE!!!

Can this be made with no flavor? Maybe it can be tested and seen if it tastes any better flavorless.
Honestly I’m not sure what to rate this. I believe this is a great product that probably works and is awesome for the price and I want to give it a high rating for that reason. My issue is that personally I don’t like the taste and that’s what makes it hard for me to take and to take regularly. It’s a very big tablet but the taste makes me chew it slow and it’s unpleasant while waiting to finish chewing it. And so the taste makes me avoid taking it most days. Unfortunately. I’m thinking of trying something else because I don’t think I’ll finish the bottle. I really thought I would like the taste or at least not be bothered by it because normally I love Apple Cinnamon flavors for regular food. That’s why I took a chance. But it’s still hard for me to get past the taste. If I had a big enough immediate reason to treat it as medicine and take it anyway maybe I would but… just don’t feel like it.

For a daily vitamin, these are huge tablets. They taste kind of like a chalky version of the Mott’s cinnamon applesauce. I can see why some people disliked it. You either tolerate it or not. Vitamin-wise, they’re great. They contain more vitamins and minerals than the average vitamins and make you feel energized. I do recommend them if you can tolerate the taste. Someone here mentioned sucking on it till it dissolves. I tried breaking the large tablet in smaller pieces with my teeth and sucking on those smaller pieces. It helped a tad with the flavor. Idk, maybe just chewing it and using a chaser might help. Either way, it’s a great vitamin. Flavor could be better though.

it’s true that the taste isn’t something you’d order in a restaurant, but it’s not terrible.
it tastes like vitamins.
– i like that it’s food-based, meaning it doesn’t mess up my stomach if i take it with no or little food.
– i like the generous mix of nutrients and haven’t found a chewable that packs the same punch.
– i like that it really does give me a burst of energy.

These vitamins are full of whole food nutrients and minerals. Easy to digest and taste good, too! They have gone up in price quite a bit over the years, but they are still an excellent value for the money. All natural—no synthetics!

First off, I do not work for the company and never have. I’ve taken Source of Life In tablet, chewable, and powder form. These Apple Cinnamon flavor chewables taste just fine. Also, they do have a Pineapple flavor that is good too, see the link below. Some people say these Apple Cinnamon are nasty tasting – well, that’s just their opinion. These are sweet enough without being over the top sweet. And there is nothing fake in them – no chemically created sugars. Perhaps ‘some’ folks think that “Adult” Chewable vities should taste like children’s chewable vities. I raised my children on these Apple cinnamon flavor and the Pineapple flavor chewables. I did had to cut them in quarters or halves because they are large, and I did not give my children 2 wafers a day! I also switched things up through the years and made them (and myself) healthy juice and yogurt based shakes using the powder. That being said, I like the taste! I know that everything I’m tasting is good for the body.
