I have a lot of trouble finding a chewable vitamin that has all the nutrients I require and doesn’t taste awful or make me feel nauseated. These meet all of my surgeon’s requirements and they taste better than any of the bariatric options I’ve tried. The only negative is that the tablets are HUGE and you have to eat 2 of them, so some people might struggle with that.

Possibly the most vilest thing I have ever consumed in my life. tablets are HUGE about the size of a 50p, they are supposedly chewable but have the texture of cardboard with the added “bonus” of grit-like particles. The flavour is absolutely disgusting, but not half as bad as the aftertaste of pure iron. It took 3 cadbury chocolate fingers, a large mug of coffee and a slice of cathedral mature cheddar cheese to get rid of the taste, but even now, 3 hours later, I am burping iron fumes. I strongly advise you not to try these unless you are either good at swallowing plate sized pieces of card board whole or have tastebuds of steel. Rotten.

I have a very sensitive stomach and can not tolerate a lot of vitamins out there even the ones that claim they are “gentle”. I ordered these after reading a lot of the reviews and thought I’d try yet another brand. Why not? I have to say that after almost a week on them I have not had any stomach discomfort or nausea from them. I’ve even taken them on an empty stomach without any problem. They are quite large and the first day I was’t too sure of the taste but after a couple of days they taste ok. I will be taking these from here on out. I’m feeling more energy already.

Great food-source vitamin, but HUGE chew-able and marginal apple-cinnamon taste. Tastes like compacted apple-cinnamon in compressed gritty powder, but easily chewable. Not horrible, but if you’re very picky about the taste, this may not be the chewable for you. Taste is not what I would consider bitter, offensive or weird, unless you don’t like apple with cinnamon with a hint of herb. Also, I would bet these are the one of the largest chewables on the market… maybe should be called a thick wafer. Imagine 5 quarters stacked but the vitamin being slightly larger in thickness and diameter.
This may sound laughable, but the content is an impressive payout.

I have purchased their heart-shaped Vitamin C tablets in the past, so I felt confident that I would like the taste of these vitamins as well. Unfortunately, not. They smelled okay when I opened the bottle. They were easy to chew and swallow. Their initial taste was way too sweet for me, and this coming from a sugar-holic. Their after taste was not too pleasant. I tried to return them, but none of the reasons given for my return was listed, and I was not going to lie just to get my money back. I have since thrown the bottle away because after leaving the initial review, I noticed that my urine was bright yellow and it has taken several days for it to return to a normal color. I am sorry for being so graphic but I was shocked to see it. For this single reason alone, is why I did not consume anymore of this product. UPDATE (10-18-2023): After re-reading my review, I decided that the rating of 3 should have been a 1. I gave the company a partial rating for the heart-shaped vitamin C tablets that I used years ago but I should have focused only on the multivitamins instead.
