Descrição do Produto: Algae Omega 3 1,500mg

Algae Omega 3 1,500mg – Better Than Fish Oil – Made w/Patented Life’s Omega – High Dose of EPA & DHA – 90 Vegan Softgels
Omega 3 is part of my daily wellness regimen.
It takes 21 days to build a routine and 90 days to make it stick.
This vegan Omega-3 supplement meets the American Heart Association’s recommendation and it does so in 3 soft gels.
At a dollar a day this seems a bit pricey, but it is one of the few vegan options. If you’re not vegan and are looking for a less expensive option for omega 3, here are a few you may want to consider.
Grow Vitamin Omega 3 @ 50¢ a day.
Super Natural Ultra Omega 35¢ a day.
🤗 Thank you so much for taking the time to read this review, have a FANTASTIC day!!😊

I take Omega-3 oils regularly and have tried probably in the area of 20 different brands over the past few years. I mostly take fish and krill, but have been experimenting with the algal oils as well. Without getting into to much fluff, here’s the issue with this supplement. The Thing you want to look for is the dose of EPA. I shoot for about 1g per day. That would mean I would have to take 4 doses of this per day and it would last me one week. At $30/week this is unsustainable. They do not really discuss their process or the stability of this oil other than to say “patented process”, which means nothing to me. I cannot say that there is anything better about this supplement to justify the cost. The quality may be fine (emphasis on “may”) but there is no testing for quality, purity or contaminants declared anywhere. I cannot imagine that I would buy or use this if I was not receiving a review sample.

I hate fish oil, repeats forever
I am so glad for these, they work great, no repeating, no smell
I have went through the first bottle, will start on second
good value, and no sides! the bottle is quite huge for the qnty they give you, kind of odd, but not an issue
highly recommended if you want your Omega 3 but hate fish burps

My doctor put me on fish oil pills about a year ago. They did make an amazing difference in my blood work within six months. So I am very careful to make sure I take my pills every day. What I like about this is what they are vegan. Two I love the size. Some of the fish oil pills on the market are huge. I like the size of these ones that keep in mind you take three to get your full amount daily.
I have no idea if these are really better than actual fish pills. But I’m certainly willing to give it a try. I’ve been taking them for four days now. I haven’t seen anything get any worse so I would say they’re working to the same amount that my fish oil pills were. If I see a drastic change my blood work I will certainly update my review.
In the meantime I’m giving it a full five stars. Because the product is exactly what it says it is. And I really like the sizing.

Continuation of my unboxing video. There is no bad reaction to this particular brand only the expected benefits of Tribulus ,as mentioned I never take it in the afternoon because will cause insomnia ( gives a lot of energy ) once finished with this bottle I will be a regular of this brand and also I intend to try out other supplements of their inventory.

This is an algae-based Omega 3 supplement. For those who don’t like or want fish oil supplements, algae is a good alternative. There are two main pros to this supplement. First, it actually has a good amount of EPA in addition to DHA, which is unusual for algae supplements. Usually the EPA level is abysmally low or nonexistent. The second thing is the gelcaps are small and easier to swallow for some people than the big “horse pills”.
The down side? It’s 30 servings for about 30 bucks (at the time of this writing). While high end Omega 3 is expensive, you can get other high end omega 3 with more EPA and DHA than this. It’s labelled “high does” but I’ve seen much higher than this. If you’re switching to this supplement, you may need to take more gelcaps than with your previous one to maintain the levels you’ve been taking (especially if you were high dosing it like me).
Another interesting thing is that the container is about 3 times the size it needs to be. While I understand that these things do settle in shipping, they don’t settle this much. I don’t make a big stink about this. I’ll recycle the bottle when it’s done. It just seems like a waste to begin with.

It can be hard to find vegan Omega 3 with DHA/EPA. Some of them will only have one or the other. This is an all vegan omega 3 product with algal oil that actually contains both, which is great. They are easy to take and you have no fishy burps or added stuff other than the DHA/EPA which is great. I have a lot of vegan omega 3 pills but these days a lot of time they add something else. This is sometimes good but sometimes you just want the plain omega.
The down sides are that this container is really large and wasteful, and the pills are those tiny football pills versus the longer pills that hold more. This means that the dosage is 3 pills and only lasts a month vs other brands with the larger pills that are only 2 a day. I guess for some they may like it because it’s easier to swallow but for me it’s a disadvantage.
If you’re just looking for any omega 3 pill that’s vegan this is fine I guess. However you can do more research and find a company that not only doesn’t use a wasteful package but contributes back in terms of charity and sustainability, as well as finding one for less money with a similar or higher dose.
