Did perk up my energy some. I could taste the blend of the ingredients and not unpleasant.
Instructions to tear open the packet was understandable, but I couldn’t rip it open easily, even looked for an end where it was assumed to have a pre-nipped tab, but I couldn’t find any. So, after difficulty trying to rip the end open, I just used pair of scissors to get it done.

I dont much understand the sensation right now with shilajit. I was not very interested in trying it until I saw these honey sticks. Honey sticks alone sounded good and the chance to see what this shilajit craze is about at the same time also sounded good. THis comes in a very nice looking tub full of honey sticks. I got this and immediately sent to try one. They are actually very tasty, almost like a creamed honey flavor with a kick. That kick is the shilajit. It immedatey gave a nice pickmeup and reduced some of my brain fog that I often experience these days. It was milder than caffeine and did not keep me up all night but it was notcable burst of energy an mental energy. Lately I have been using these in mornings when I havw issues waking up fully. These help me make that transition from zombie to awake.

I decided not to consume any of this after looking at the packaging and packet content. Yes, it is honey, but there is no real certification from verifiable source of what’s actually there, or if there are contaminants such as heavy metals, etc. If this product want to be successful it needs to have actual independent US based certification along with a reputable brand or source.

El producto solo contiene aire en su interior solo un poco de algo que según es miel no lo recomiendo no tiene ninguna certificación busque en Google sobre su fabricante la página solo dice herror ahora no lo puedo devolver según su política no compres esto ten cuidado

I have not tried Shilajit before so this was a first mixed in with honey. I took the pack into work for afternoon pick me ups and my coworkers knew of it right away and want to try it. They were excited to see it had both Shilajit and saffron in it. They loved them and I thought it was good. Definitely not pure honey taste but the honey definitely covers / hides the Shilajit taste. This squeezes out of the pack black which was a bit shocking at first. My co-workers who have had Shilajit gave it a 5-star recommendation, saying it was good compared to other ways they’ve tried it
The other disappointment is how little honey was in a large package. It felt like less honey than in a honey stick, probably a teaspoon or so of honey mixture per package. You are getting very little product per package. They could have cut the packaging in 1/3 and still had room

I have truly enjoyed this Shilajit Honey mixed with my tea or mushroom coffee. It provides a nice boost of energy for the day without the caffeine crash I experience from coffee. The consistency is more watery than I expected, but the flavor is very pleasant. It has a hint of sweetness and a rich honey flavor reminiscent of syrup. The individual packets make it easy to toss one in my bag for a quick pick-me-up on the go. So far, I have thoroughly enjoyed this product and will continue to keep it stocked in my home.

Just received my new Shilajit Honey Sticks today. They are for an On the Go energy snack, which I need when I am golfing. This is perfect. There are 30 sticks in the box, and the honey is made from Himalayan Shilajit and saffron.
I tried one right out of the tube and it is delicious. Then I tried one tube in about ten oz of hot water. That was good, but not as sweet, as it is diluted with the water. Not bad, just a more muted sweetness. Probably if I used two sticks in the mug of hot water it would be sweeter.
But I will enjoy this. I really like the concept of On the Go Energy. Very pleased with this supplement and highly recommend.

I had no idea what to expect with this honey, but I immediately tried one when I received it. First off, the packs have about half the honey you’d expect in them, so that’s unfortunate. Second, the taste is not at all what I was expecting, it was a really nice mellow flavor and somewhat sweet, but it definitely did not have the sweetness-power-punch of regular honey. Personally, I actually like the flavor and sweetness level of the Shilajit honey more than regular honey. The taste is not something I can describe only that it was a mellow taste that was unexpected but yet quite delightful. I think these would go great in an espresso, but since there’s not that much in each packet, it might not work out too well. It says it’s organic but there are no official certifications on it and it’s from China, so buyer beware…
