I ordered the Vegavero Potassium and Magnesium predominately for the magnesium. That’s what caught my attention and was the primary reason I ordered them..
I take a variety of magnesium products but prefer gummies to everything else as my consistent, take every day form of supplement. I don’t usually take potassium, but recognize it’s importance in my diet and probably don’t get as much as I need, so I felt like this product was definitely a win.
Imagine my surprise when I realized the company had buried the lead. Not only do these gummies supply potassium and magnesium but vitamin D3, calcium, coenzyme q10, black pepper and zinc. I recently ordered D3 and Coenzyme and wished I had seen this product before I’d done so. My doctor recommended I take both of those supplements along with the magnesium. While taking them in a few different pills isn’t the end of the world, I love the idea that this cuts down on the number of supplements I have to purchase and take each day.
I also travel a lot and bringing multiple supplements along is always cumbersome. I am so happy knowing I can cover all of the supplements that were recommended to me with 2 tasty raspberry flavored gummies. It’s such a welcome surprise and I couldn’t be happier!

I was told by my doctor to take Magnesium for my heart health. It skip beats once in a while. Also I have problem falling asleep sometimes and magnesium is known to help with relaxation if taken before bed.
This product comes with delicious gummies packed with magnesium and potassium. I try to eat more bananas so I can have more potassium which helps lower my blood pressure but these will add more to my needs. The Magnesium are in glycerate and l-threonate forms which are easily absorbable by the digestive system to be active right away within the body. In addition it contains adequate amount of vitamin D3 necessary for good immune system. And a big bonus. It contains also 100mg of CoQ10. I’ve been taking statins for my cholesterol and my heart. Some recent studies suggest that statins deplete the body’s supply of CoQ10 and taking this particular supplement may help avoid some side effects such as muscle pain and tiredness from taking statins. So I’ve been taking all those supplements separately until now. Two of these gummies will take care of all those pills. And they taste so good too.
I just want to mention that the product says “no sugar” but the gummies must have some kind of “artificial” sweetener to taste so good. But it does not mention what kind. Some sweeteners are OK but others are not so good. I wish that the manufacturer discloses that on the label.

I have been taking several supplements (Magnesium Glycinate, Vitamin D-3 and Zinc as my big three). Each day I would gather my combo of pills and capsules and take them one by one with a meal. For some reason, I have a bit of trouble swallowing pills. Maybe it’s a thing with being overly aware of swallowing unchewed objects. Swallowing each with food was easier than trying to get them down with just water alone. My Magnesium especially comes in large capsules that I found particularly difficult to get down.
For this reason, I was pretty excited to find this all-in-one supplement that combines the main three minerals and vitamins that I’m already taking, and combine it in an easy to chew gummy: so easy and convenient!
I want to share that I’m not a fan of sweet gummy type gelatinous candy, but the fact that the ingredients are vegan and sugar free, made me want to try it.
The raspberry flavor isn’t overpowering as I had anticipated, and there is no weird after taste, from either the vitamins and minerals contained in the gummy or the sweetener used. It’s very tasty, and I now actually look forward to taking my daily gummy! (I’m only taking one a day for now)
I’m also glad to see that the daily recommended values fall within a range that I’m comfortable with, as I don’t want to go overboard with Zinc.

Overall, I’m very happy with this product and I will continue using it.
