When I purchased this, the page indicated made in the USA, but package says Pakistan. Not necessarily an issue but I am wary of discrepancies like this when it’s a product I’m ingesting. Perhaps it’s one of the typical manufactured overseas packages here kind of deals.
The product has a slightly herbal taste and smell. Easy to swallow. I took for about 5 nights, might have helped my anxiety a little, but nothing overwhelming. I decided to get a different product since I wasn’t super pleased with the marketing discrepancies.

These Triphala capsules have worked well to keep my digestion in check. I also think it’s helped my immunity as well. They are easy to swallow and protected. I think the quality is there but it’s not made in the US so there are none of the certifications we are normally used to. I am happy with these and will probably order them again.

I’m a big believer in using aloe vera as a healing aid. If I’m applying it to my skin, I prefer to use it directly from one of the aloe vera plants I have growing in my yard. However, the unfiltered aloe vera juice often causes me digestive problems, so if I’m taking it internally, I usually stick with aloe vera juice that I buy from a store. But bottled aloe vera has other problems — it has a limited shelf life, and it doesn’t taste particularly good.
That’s why I was intrigued with these aloe vera gel caps. The gel caps are an attractive bright green — which, of course, is meaningless and has nothing to do with the aloe vera itself. The contents of the gel cap is a brown powder, which is not unexpected — any other color would be an indication that it’s been dyed or bleached. It doesn’t smell especially good, but again, that’s just an indication that it hasn’t had perfumes or scents added to it.
Although they say to take 2 gel caps a day, I don’t take anything at full strength until I’ve tested it at a reduced dosage to see how my body handles it. So I’ve started at a single capsule daily, and so far I seem to be handling them fine. I’ll try upping the dosage in another day or two.
So, in summary, these gel caps are a convenient way to take my aloe vera internally. How effective they’ll be will be determined over time, but so far I have no evidence to indicated that they’re anything but the real thing. Since I’m not yet able to gauge their effectiveness, I’m only giving them 4 stars for now — I’ll amend my review in a few weeks if anything changes.

Good quality Nigella Sativa (Black Seed) capsules. Easy to swallow with only a light herbal taste. I have been taking Black Seed for years and these capsules are as good as any that I’ve tried. Good supplements at a good price.

As with most supplements, your mileage may vary greatly. However, I didn’t notice much of any change in energy, immune function, or digestive changes after taking this for month at a dose of 2 caps per day. Granted, I also didn’t notice any issues or side effects as I tolerated them just fine. Perhaps I would need a higher dose as my system is rather stubborn… however the bottle is now empty.
