This shilajit came with a dosage spoon and was easy to mix into my coffee. I can’t particularly taste it in the coffee besides a slight aftertaste, so it’s very palatable. The smell is very earthy and rich, and the shilajit itself is a thick honey consistency that’s easy to scoop without dripping. This is my first time trying shilajit, but I’m very excited for the anti-inflammatory benefits it’s said to have to kick in!

I love a lot about this product. I was searching for healthy additions to help with energy and focus. I have some ADD issues and I’m adding natural things to help with my ability to complete tasks and have the energy to do so!!
I do feel like this has jump started my mind in the morning. It’s a little salty and thick, but anything resin is going to be exactly like this, so I knew what I was getting into. You only need a pea size and I like it in milk with honey. I think everyone should give this a try!!

Purchased for me since I am trying to get in a bit better shape internally. I tried some of this several years back and did not continue after a month just because I did not buy again but now that I have the chance I will use this on a regular basis as part of my daily routine. I am using in the morning. A tiny dot for starters in my warm tea now I am up to a pea sized portioned dissolved and stirred well. For any newbys make sure you know that this is very different smelling and tasting. It is natural earthy and strong. The taste and smell will grow on you. Even though it’s only been a short while since I started shilajit I’m feeling energetic and way more focused. I’m excited to see what other benefits I experience from this!!

If you want something all natural and something that will not give you the jitters then this is the product. I have taken so many vitamins and herbs and caffeine over the yrs and this is just enough to help you feel alert and nothing more. Honestly the flavor is not great with just water but, I mix it now with hot tea and it’s perfect. It gives my tea the small burst of energy I crave. Nothing more.
