I didn’t notice any discernible difference in using these flakes (or the spray), and I’m generally super sensitive to my body.
I added probably a good third of the bag to a single bath, but didn’t notice any improvements for myself physically or mentally.
For those with aches and pains, the impact is probably more distinct. But if you’re window shopping for “something healthy” to add to your baths, this is probably not something I will buy again. 😅

I use this product every time I need to get a good nights sleep. Every time I can’t fall asleep I spray a bit of this on my legs and get into a deep sleep just a few minutes later! And doesn’t leave you groggy in the morning. Such a good price for that much product as well! The only down side is that it does kinda make you itch for a bit lol but nothing crazy

You definitely can tell these are better quality than the drug store brands. I mixed the spray into my lotion and use it before bed. Just don’t use it if you have cuts or razor burn cause magnesium is a salt. It’s definitely pricey but I still would order again
