First, I am not the ideal reviewer of these
cause for some reason, these things never seem to have a noticeable effect on me
I have tried many in the past, nothing works except pharma for me…
so while I had no positive effects, I had no negative effects….
so be sure to read other reviews, as my review is ONLY based on the fact it did not provide a benefit…. but since none of these natural non stimulates do, no real suprise for me… YMMV….

I went theu 3 the first day cuz they would not stay on..I have tried the inner arm the torso the wrist and within 20.minutes they falling off. Can’t return since they don’t give full refunds..JUNK don’t waste ur money

Estos parches que los compré confiando en su publicidad, no es lo que suponia. Inclusive a la hora de retirar el plastico y pegarlo en el cuerpo es como si fuera una goma. No siento que sean vitaminas que se absorberán por la piel. Queda la piel rojiza a la hora de retirarla como si fuera una simple cinta scotch. Mi hermana tambien lo esta usando y siente lo mismo que yo. Me dan ganas que lo revise un laboratorio para saber qué es lo que me han vendido.

If there’s something that promises better focus, concentration, productivity, etc. I’ll be there to try it. I love these patches. First of all, everything in here is familiar stuff like B Vitamins and Lion’s Mane Mushrooms. I’ve only worn these for a few days but I’ve sure felt focused and productive. The first day I didn’t see the part about not wearing it more than 8 hours and I kept it on for 24. I didn’t suffer any ill effects but I guess it’s not a good idea. Also important–even though I left it on all that time there was no irritation to my skin.
My wife was a lot of help because she wore nicotine patches when she quit smoking a few years ago. I couldn’t figure out where to apply the patch at first. I was about to put it on my forehead when my wife stopped me and suggested that she put it on my shoulder blade for me. I’ve taken most of these supplements for years but I think this is a very effective combination. The sustained release is also key. Highly recommended!
