I cannot speak to any efficacy. I noticed no difference, but with a supplement like this, I wasn’t exactly expecting to either. Three star rating for the hefty price tag.

I am on a very high estrogen replacement. After a few years, I startred to get high estrogen symptoms. My blood levels indicates my estrogen was not too high but rather my symptoms was because my body was not metabolizing the estrogen (this is what my dr said). She suggested this supplement and man did it do the trick. Work fabulously for me.

This has helped me try to maintain some kind of balance in my body. I would normally feel so tired and changing the way I ate helped a little but not a whole lot. After taking this for a month, I could feel that I had more energy. I don’t know if it helps change hormones or body chemistry, but I feel so much better now. I don’t think I’ll stop taking it.

I have been using this product on the advice of my doctor since I was in perimenopause; so about 8 years now. I am 3 years post menopause and I still take it twice a day with meals. It balances my hormones completely naturally and lessens the amount of estrogen in my body. I am ashamed to say that a couple of months ago, I came off all my supplements to “reset” my body (rookie error at the age of 54), which resulted in me having a bit of a breakdown at work for no apparent reason. My wonderful (male) boss sent me home for the remainder of the week as he thought I was hurtling into depression. I went back on the I-3-C quite quickly and was better within days. This product has been a Godsend to me and I cannot recommend this supplement and its benefits highly enough and simply want to spread the word to other women of a certain age suffering like I did. Finally, I’d like to add that you should definitely purchase the Metagenics brand as quality matters.
