Let me lay this out a bit . I myself have many confirmed chronic issues; Lupus, Fibromyalgia, Chronic Fatigue, DDD and SADD to name a few add in decades of pretty severe body damage including being beaten to a inch of my life and a couple of auto accidents, and some major damage to disc in neck and spine ; many days I can not walk and have crawled to the bathroom when I had no help, every aspect of my life suffered or was lost; simple things were no longer able to be done many days . I have suffered from mild to severe pain daily for near 30 years now .I have been trying many things (Devils Claw ,Tumeric, MSM to name a few ,they in combination helped a bit ) .Percocet ,Lortab and Pot helped some but pot is still illegal where I live and I now have COPD so I stopped after having COVID to save my lungs and not be illegal .And as many know pain meds are hard to get and cause other issues I never got many due to restrictions on Drs who are now scared to write anything and could not afford to but them illegally and did not want to so I only got a few over the decades and held on to them like gold for unbearable days of suffering ,so most times I just laid in bed and suffered. I was researching and looking for anything that might add to the little relief the above supplements were giving me and to find anything to help not only myself but my Mom who is about to be 81 and has had severe decades long pain, the worst being her knees to the point of being near a wheelchair and being booked for total replacements of both knees which had to be put off due to severe COVID protocol here in MS. ( RA for 40 years ,OA and OP as well as her major pain /mobility issues ). Getting up and down or shopping was agony and at times she couldn’t do those ; we both were train wreaks due to no quality of life many times. I stumbled on Wild Lettuce in my research and researched it brands for I know 100 hours or more , reading reviews and such, comparing brands .I found this to be a trusted brand I knew of and a GREAT Price per strength and quantity So I took the plunge for this price it could not hurt and maybe just maybe it would help a bit… Boy was I wrong it helps ALOT to put it mildly I can not express enough how thrilled and amazed I am; I am now a true believer who had about given up and was resigned to not having a anywhere near normal life Dr’s tried much and told me do the best you can; bad days stay down and it will only get worse as times passes ( which it did ). I got these on subscribe and save waited on the bottle to come and told my Mom I had something new that would not affect her meds and we would both give it a true chance to see. Well mine came in I took 1 ( no food btw ,1st thing with my Espresso ) I assessed my pain level and how I felt all around before taking ( I always do with new things ) meanwhile my Hubby who had had bad pain with his back ( previously broken ) for the 4 days previously was going to be working on my ride all day ( he is a Mechanic and has been a Oil Rig worker ( throwing chain) , Roofer and Mechanic all his life , over 50 years now all hard on the body .) He could hardly stand straight , had been eating Ibuprofen daily I told him take 1 of these and see if it helps … for me that 1 pill started helping in 35 mins ! I later asked Hubby after a full day under and over my engine how his back was ; he replied it was BETTER that within a hour it eased up . Meanwhile I went back to my Mom’s who I had been staying with for a month due to a recent hernia surgery and took the pills ( left Hubby some he actually ASKED me to) Mom was barely walking even with knee braces on and in great pain, I had her take 1 ( with food her system is sensitive ) asked her to access pain before and after. The next Morning she said it was the 1st night in many she was not up off and on crying with her knees and back/hip and asked for another, she and I both raised to 3 pills per day Morning, Noon and Night. Hubby is only taking them when he has pain , he has no chronic issues except his back and shoulder damage ) he says they are still stopping his pain when he needs them. Meanwhile Mom and I had Thanksgiving coming we took our pills and cooked for near 3 days (we are Southern we do a spread plus ) we both were able to do it all , for her with NO pain; No Knees waking her or stopping her from doing !!!! ( Each year she is pure broke down from this meal as am I ) . As for me I was on my feet off and on for 18 hours a day , my knees which I have to wear braces for did not hurt, my back did the 3rd day but 20 pounds of dressing , a Turkey and Ham in and out of oven for checking will whip anyone on top of all the pies and such and cleaning . I will say I have Congestive Heart and this did not help the swelling of my feet and I did have pan in them and my leg muscles but only after 3 hectic days ( normally that would have been part way into day 1 ) , I have since had another huge family meal at MIL/FIL yesterday with lots of stairs, walking and activity ,my leg muscles are recovering and my feet are near normal size now; my back , knees and shoulder ( major damage to it ) are FINE , No Pain at all in them. I have neuropathy as well and it seems to be helping greatly with that. I am now off my Gabapenten 100% , No Ibuprofen either , I did take 1 Tylenol for a headache. The last 3 days I have only taken this Wild Lettuce 3 times per day and find it is still effective and my pain level is a 1 on a 1/10 scale , that is only due to over exertion to leg muscles and my feet recovering from being so swollen, no where else in my body do I have any pain. I will note Mom and I have a friend who checks on Mom daily, he has a implant in his back for pain, takes tons of Tramadol ( Mom was taking Tramadol too btw , she has stopped now with these ) he also takes tons of Gabapenten and some Lortab. I told him about my pain or lack of and told him ask Mom about hers ;he did she told him she had zero pain in her legs or body since she took the 1st pill ( I almost cried with joy, Mom is my Mom and BFF and it kills me to see her hurt ) He was in a lot of pain ( he is a home repair. construction worker who owns and runs his own biz and was currently doing a eve and roof redo ) I gave him 1 pill that night and a few to take with him and told him assess his pain and try 3 per day; Mom called last night he had came over asked about her pain and said it helped him ( did not stop his but helped greatly ) Mom told him I had came home and bought 3 more bottles he asked did she buy me 1 , how much are they , Mom told him and he asked for me to buy him a bottle which I did right before deciding to write this review. I do not normally take time to write a review unless the product is supper dupper ; THIS IS and then some there are no words to express my gratitude and thankfulness for God allowing me to no give up and for finding and trying this. I can promise you the 3 of us ( Me, Mom and Hubby ) will never be without these again as long as they can be gotten I have even found them on other sites in case they are not aval. here and plan to keep a couple bottles ahead in case. END RESULTS is No Pain except as mentioned above, today it is not lunch time yet I have done more in my house that I do in 3 days cleaning and such, I am hopeful that being able to be more active and coming off the Gabapenten will help me lose excess weight that inactivity/limited mobility and use of drugs packed on me, I have bloated up at least 60 pounds , my knees would love the weight off as would my heart and body in general . Mom is being more active as well and has done more in a few days than in a normal week . IF any of this changes I will update this review; if I have not Please know it is still my MIRACLE and Moms as well. Please don’t give up we do NOT have to accept it and deal with it as best we can ( can not wait to tell my Dr and Mom’s ) they both will be thrilled both are good Dr’s and Good Men. Can’t wait to let my Daughter ( who has major back damage and Fibro as well try it and se if it helps her ) . Final note , as stated this did not help with a headache, nor my feet swelling ( except to ease the pain level a bit in them ) it did not stop leg pain from major overexertion … It DID stop all the body aches and pains Mom and I and Hubby had from the various reasons mentioned. and it did help the friend with just 3 pills over 3 days. PLEASE spend the around 12.00-13.00 or do subscribe and save ( currently my cost 10.19 plus tax ) Do eat 1st in case it causes you any tummy issues ;some say it did but not any of us not a bit. Many say they take up to 8 pills per day and are fine to get relief , we all are diff. my dose may not be yours but TRY IT and see. I am smiling from ear to ear writing this just praying it keeps doing what it is doing and that some of you will read this and give it a real try and find relief from misery as we did. I will now wait for our next 5 bottles to arrive and give 1 to that friend, 1 to Mom , put 1 up and put 1 in Livingroom and Bedroom for Hubby and I . My dr. recommended this to help me sleep. Have not noticed any difference after taking for a couple of weeks. Have discontinued. Reviews seem to be mixed. Some people swear by it, others no impact. I guess we’re all different. Hard to give it a rating . . .

This is a capsule. I’m not sure I can tell if it works the same as the liquid I was taking but nevertheless it is a great anti-inflammatory. The medical industry will never prescribe this to you for pain because you can just go out in nature break open the stock And suck the white nectar out of the plant if it’s in season
