What I like about this gummy is that it is a reasonably dosage of magnesium from two sources (still a little on the high side according to some medically supported studies that recommend a maximum dosage of 300-420mg per day) but if you took one of these gummies instead of two you’d basically be there. I like the calcium that’s also included. I wish there wasn’t a mega-dose of vitamin B6 (5000% recommended daily value) and 100% vitamin D, but they’re unlikely to hurt you — just be careful of how much you’re getting from all your supplements together if this isn’t the only one you’re going to take. Overall, this is a flavorful way of getting some sleep support benefits from magnesium. Recommended!

I took this supplement in it’s entirely before my review. The gummies tasted great and were easy to take. No adverse side effects from taking them. Great price point. I would purchase these again.

The packaging on this is a little confusing. The label in the front says magnesium
Citrate but the container shows nothing of that sort. Each magnesium has a different purpose so the seller may want to change the label to reflect the actual product inside. I have taken off a star because of that. If I were to have purchased thinking it was magnesium citrate based on the front of the packaging I’d be frustrated and return. Overall these work well, taste good and work the way intended…for magnesium glycinate. The easy to swallow rating is N.A. because they are gummies.
